“The customer service have been amazing. The staff have promptly replied to all of my inquiries through messenger. The location has a private beach and guests are free to use their snorkelling gear. Although the beach is a little bit rocky, the marine life underneath is alive, perfect to snorkel around. The food was great too! Overall, I would highly recommend this to my friends and family 10/10! ”

“This hotel is near White Beach, not Sabang Beach. There is a problem with Google Maps when you look it up. White Beach is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and there are many shops and restaurants on White Beach. The beds were comfortable but the wifi did not work in our room location. Air conditioning cooled the room but the extra warm temperatures were too much for the unit. Overall 4 out of 5. Staff was very friendly and attentive!”

“We had not so high expectation on this resort because of the low price but it was really great. We even prolonged our stay there from 5 to 10 nights. We got an own cabin with terrace from were we had a good view of the ocean. Everything was clean and well mantainced even the pool was so very clean. The receptionist Miriam was always very kind and helpful with everything even advices of travelling costs with different vehicles etc. She even let us cook in the kitchen and barbecue. “The place was very near San Jose Airport. Staff are all accomodating and friendly. The place was good, transportation is accesible. Its just the aircon in the room was not that cold, maybe its because of the hot weather during our stay. Food at the dining is affordable. ”

“English below Après 1h d'attente a l'accueil pour avoir quelqu'un qui est au courant de notre arrivée, on nous indique que notre réservation a changé et que n'avons plus les bungalows que nous avions loué individuellement. 2h après notre arrivée nous avons eu la responsable aux téléphones et 40 minutes de bataille pour faire comprendre notre réservation on laisse tomber pour ne pas dormir dehors et accepter ce que le propriétaire nous propose. 3 réservation différentes pour 3 bungalows...
