Aside from Michael, customer service sucked. I waited on the phone for twenty minutes and was just left on hold. Knocking at our room all ours of the day. They "acknowledged" the situation, but did absolutely nothing. They charge you $11 for parking in a sketchy area, and make you park on the other side of the rooms. Room was fine, my neighbors were sketchy, the parking lot has sketchy people, which is interesting because I stayed at the microtel next door and my stay was perfectly fine when it came to safety and noise. I will sadly never be coming back.
