Loved this location for a larger family. We are a family of 8 and everyone had plenty of space. The suite had everything you would need cups, plates utensils, pots pans, etc. the location was convenient to restaurants and activities like the mall of America. We will definitely be coming back to his hotel. The breakfast was small but yummy and the pool was a hit with the kids.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and were very happy with the space and amenities provided. There was no cleaning service to our room during our stay (which I was aware of), and I really appreciated that. There were cable channel options for our youngest which was very much appreciated. The social hour was also a very nice touch. We utilized The Pantry which was handy. We look forward to staying at this location again in the future

The rooms were surprisingly roomy and amazing. Nicely updated. The breakfast was a bit of a let down, but honestly the staff and the rooms made up for it.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now. Each time was for our kids’ 10th birthday. The rooms are spacious for a group of kids to sleep with enough privacy for the adults.

Wonderful place, with a great space for a family of 5 (with 3 teenagers). Long walk from the elevator to the rooms though.

Great place for a couple nights away!
Comfortable, relatively quiet, and nice breakfast. Easy parking and check-in/check-out. Friendly staff. Once the touch-ups are done, I'm sure it will be even better.

The property was under construction so some places just didn’t have a good feel (missing trim, unfinished painting, missing light fixtures, etc). The bathroom door didn’t lock in our room. Breakfast was pretty good and all of the staff were kind.

We had a suite over the weekend and it was a super great fit for our family. There was construction going on, so some things were in the process of improvement throughout other areas of the hotel including the elevator. The pool was nice and moon checkout is awesome. Will probably stay here again.

Very satisfactory hotel offering 2-bedroom suites.
The property was in the middle of an ongoing renovation when we stayed there (in August of 2023), but the room was great and the amenities (pool and breakfast) were perfect for our family vacation.

Room was nice & clean updated, but as we started to use the toilet after flushing it wouldn't fill back up to flush again so we reported it someone came to fix it but same thing happened again so they move us to another room. Overall it was ok, love the location it was close to everything on our list

We paid $500 for only one night stay in the three bed suite room. I had ugh expectations considering the price. We were disappointed upon entering the room. Here is just a few reasons why I thought it wasn’t worth the price tag: The couch and living room chair were disgusting. The carpet was sticky. None of the phones were connected to the outlets. The remote controls didn’t work for all the TVs. The coffee creamer in the cupboard looked like it had been collected for who knows how long, in a glass jar. There were stains (some blood stains) on multiple walls, also including hand prints . The beds were not queens as presented in the description, they were all full (double) size beds. We usually love staying at staybridge hotels but this one was a not the same. And for the price we paid, I don’t think was fair for the conditions. Would not recommend. (Family of five)
