“My stay was wonderful I really enjoyed the ocean view one problem I have was they charged me $16 extra but last time when I stayed there last time they charge me $60 and it went back to my card”

“my wife looked out the window to check out the bay view and only saw an cemetery. Also all I drank at the hotel was one beer and they had two beers on my bill, so people read your bills carefully on check out.”

“Great place, friendly staff, and very clean. The food could improving, such as the pizza. The arcade was amazing. Our favorite part of the resort is definitely the pool/lazy river and water slides. The only negative encounter that we had were some of the guests. Overall, we cannot wait to come back again! Thank you for the great hospitality and relaxing environment.”

“I chose the booking because it advertised an 11:30 checkout which was also on the detail email from Hotels.com. When I got there, they indicated enforcement of an 11:00 checkout and were not pliable even when I advised them of the 11:30 checkout I had been advised of. Probably shouldn't put too much faith in staff. Otherwise was a pleasant place to stay, albeit inconvenient.”
