There is cameras everywhere in the little city and being so close to Monaco. The police is very much on guard and also patrolling all the streets, this is coming from someone that's observed and seen this for over 30 years. It's a shame you did not touch base with the hotel, because if you were concerned about your safety, of course we would've had someone there waiting for you. There is parking in all the streets all around the hotel, I have never ever not found a parking. Please another time do contact a hotel. If you are concerned about parking or your own safety. As a hotel, we train our employees for these circumstances and we are there as the owners and we take this type of situation serious. And we have all type of rooms in the hotel small to larger and again this is why you should be contacting the hotel because we could've given you a larger room. Unfortunately this is based on availability and Offen needs to be booked in advance because we have a lot of regular customers coming back to the hotel that knows the rooms and there's the hotel and they request the same room. It's always a good idea to book a hotel direct with the hotel and enquire and speak to the employees to get good information in advance of travel. Dear Steven, I think there has been a little bit of misunderstanding and maybe a language barrier that's caused this. I understand it's stressful to travel with children and family. There was nothing rude ment with anything. The place has a very high level of cleanliness. It's unfair to take a photo of a floor when you have occupied a room. There are two housekeepers for 16 rooms and our housekeeper has about hotel experience of 20 years, so we know the hotel is exceptional well cleaned and we do spot checks of rooms after cleaning. The hotel has also been nearly fully renovated a few years ago. However, hotels have higher wear and tear than a normal residential property, due to extreme cleaning and guest stays. I really find it sad that you and your family had this experience and I have to say you are one of 2-3 people a year. That's why we also have great reviews. I hope you can come back another time and let us know so we can make it up to you. From the bottom of my heart I am really sorry if you took things the wrong way. Hello, It is a very strange review, we don't know in which room you were but we have bigger rooms to offer you if we had known that you were unhappy with yours. Plus, it is clearly mentionned on expedia.com that we have no service the night like in many others hotels. The towels could have been changed too and usually have a standard cleaning by a company.
