“Wonderful countryside estate in a great location. Charming house on an olive farm. It is in a quiet, private area and is very relaxing. Beautiful views and lots of room for kids to run around and explore. The location was also excellent for day trips to Florence, Pisa, Vinci, even the coast. The property was spacious and clean. The host was always available and very responsive/helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Helt fantastiskt fint och ljuvligt ställe. Lugnt och tjusigt i en vacker miljö. Utmärkt service med vänligt bemötande. Restaurangen kvällstid har bara en lättare meny så man bör vara beredd på att åka till någon närliggande by för att äta. Flingor till frukosten var inte mycket att välja på men i övrigt god och tillräcklig frukost. Besöker man detta underbara hotell bör man också ta en sväng kvällstid till gamla stan, San Miniato. ”

“We had a really wonderful time in this beautiful old farm house. We enjoyed the peace and the beautiful view. We also made day trips to Lucca, Pisa and Montecastini. We spent the evenings outside playing cards under the pergola. It was magical evenings spotting the fireflies and the lights from other little villages far away. We also really enjoyed both visiting restaurants in the area and cooking in the house (Italian food of course). We would love to return again!”

“Agriturismo ll Principino is a beautiful place to relax and drink in the views of Tuscany . Our apartment had a nice little kitchen with a nice set of pots and pans for making simple meals. The bedroom was made even more comfortable by having windows with screens ( often not the case ) so the they could be left open during the night without worry pf insects coming in. The swimming pool was amazing with a beautiful view surrounded by olive trees. The grounds are graced by white rose hedges and...

“We were a family of 19 people in different ages. The house, with three different apartments, and also a nice common area beside the pool was very comfortable and nice. “Vi serverades jättegod middag inklusive vin från gården för en billig peng. Familjeägt, där ägarinnan var jätterar. Trots hennes knaggliga engelska var det lätt att göra sig förstådd. Rekommenderas om man har bil, då det ligger en rejäl promenad från Vinci där bussen stannar. Vi fick skjuts tillbaka till bussen av henne.”

“Our family spent a wonderful week in the Tuscan hills. Gianluca’s home is well appointed and very comfortable. The property is on the top of a Tuscan Mountain. The views are amazing! It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed.”

"Fast check-in and info about Hotel and area. Staff ordered a cab for early pick up. It was very hot in the room. Great wi-fi. No complains at all. Bar and restaurant in the building"
