Dålig service
Hotellet hade bra läge utanför motorvägen, renlighet vad ganska bra. Däremot var servicen under all kritik. Vi hade betalt och bokat hotellet med frukost. När vi skulle till frukosten på morgonen säger personalen att vi inte har rätt till frukost. Vi går ner till receptionen och personalen var mycket otrevliga med dålig attityd och försökte få oss att framstå som vi inte hade betalat för frukost fast jag visade bokföringsbekräftelsen. Väldigt dåligt att man försöker lura sina hotellgäster på en sån liten sak som frukost. Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell.

Cool facilities and concept
Nice facilities and concept with integrated parking. Friendly staff but a bit tired at check in. The luxury feeling got ruined totally by the fact that the hotel managers allowed a big group of youths from England taking over the lobby/restaurant with their ’party’ and bad behavior smoking at my dinner etc. A very non-luxury experience for the rest of us paying visitors. Had I known this situation and the reasoning of letting this group of people do whatever they wish, I would have selected another hotel

Bra hotell
Bra hotell om man är på resande fot eller ska stanna till för någon/ett par nätter. Hade ett rum med eget garage vilket var väldigt smidigt. Stor frukost och smidig utcheckning. Nackdelen var att man va tvungen att ta bilen in till Como då det inte fanns några andra förbindelser.

Nice if you go by car. We had a room with private garage that had lift up directly to our room with was convenient (although no necessary). 10-15 minutes by car to Como which was perfect for us. Breakfast was OK. Standard on rooms OK. Cleanliness was lower than expected. Good example on that the amount of stars is not equal to high standard I case of clean and fresh.

Great stay coming from the Alps to Malpensa
One night only. Great hotel and shopping area opened til late in the evening. Both the suite and the breakfast was to out satisfaction. Appreciated by the kids.

Komplicerat modernt hotell
Jag och min pojkvän stannade två nätter på hotellet. Första natten var som en mardröm. Vi kom dit och det började med att vi inte kunde hitta rummet. Det visade sig att de hade olika hissar till rum resp. restaurang efter att ha frågat. Sen skulle vi parkera bilen i vårat privata garage men dit gick det knappt att hitta. Inga skyltar alls. Sen att ta sig upp i rummet från garaget via hissen var som att ta sig in i ett kassaskåp. Roomservice stängde 22.00 vilket betydde att vi inte kunde få en ordentlig middag för att vi checkade in sent. Sen dagen efter föll att på plats och personalen blev hjälpsammare.

We didn't stay for very long. To say the least, the hotel was perfectly sufficient. The personal was very helpful and fluent in English. Sure, as a gymrat I'd have loved a better equipped "fitness room", but a gym isn't what you check in a hotel for. The breakfast was very pleasing and the room was comfortable enough for vacation stress. Great stay!

Reception staff was fantastic Kristi is an exceptional host. Dining: limited choice , below standard service with attitude. You must have a reservation even on an empty dining room. Food was below Italian standard . Overcooked pasta (possibility of frozen meal reheat it) Rooms where better than any competitors around there so was brekfast service open rigorously 7 to 10 am , 10:04 the waiters were closing the buffet. Suggestion: upgrade yor dinner service to simple freshly prepared choices and extend breakfast service to 10:30.

The room we had was huge and perfect for a family with teenagers The hotel is well maintained It’s not in the city of Como but 15 minutes away by car But it’s perfect because it has parking lot and it’s free So for us that was the best part because parking in the city center is quite tricky.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. On site parking lot was convenient. Not too many dining options in walking distance. Very nice for the one night we stayed.
