Trevligt hotell
Trevligt hotell med mycket trevlig personal. Underhållning varje kväll. God mat, men inte mycket att välja på till frukost om man inte vill ha varm mat på morgonen, inget pålägg eller ost till smörgås.

We stayed at 2 resorts while in Jamacia and although they were two different price points (sandals Montego bay) the Seagarden had the most Jamaica feel to it!! The food was great, beach location was amazing. We did have to wait an hour and a half to check in to our room but we just made sure to have our swimsuts on and ready so that we could hit the beach bar and swim in the meantime! Overall a FANTASTIC experience:)

I gave this property an overall 1 star because I was asked to move from my 1st floor room to the 4th floor with no elevator after having drinks at 10:30 pm I complained to the front desk and they moved me to the 3rd floor with no balcony I complained again to the front desk and was then moved into a room on the second floor day 1. I asked if my room could be decorated for my fiancé birthday before we headed out for an excursion so the staff knew that we would be off the property for a few hours it was then my Versace sunglasses were stolen out of the case in my book bag a report to the front desk was made and I was told they were gonna review the issue and nothing happened I’m more disappointed that they were looking through my belongings because my sunglasses were in a case inside of my bag not out laying around waiting to be stolen

Check in was a disaster. We arrived past 6pm, spent forever at the check in counter despite no line (was she stoned or just excruciatingly slow?). Once we finally arrived at the room, we had one towel (yes, precisely one towel - no face towels, etc.), we had no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, and no toilet paper. With no staff in sight, I managed to find a janitorial closet and scavenge some toilet paper myself. The soap was sourced from an errant waiter who seemed surprised to see another human. Given the above, we weren’t sure whether the bed was made, so we asked at the front desk and were told someone would come up. Nobody ever showed. So we took our chances on the bed and resolved to take a thorough shower the next morning. Food wasn’t great, but our expectations were low in that category to begin with, although it would have been nice to experience at least one redeeming factor. No such luck. Oh well, will definitely avoid this place down the line.

My stay at the Sea Gardens hotel was awesome, The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. I would go back to the garden. Anytime, And I would gladly recommend sea Garden to anyone thanks again.

Served the same food daily. ONE dinning option. So staff were aggressive and rude. The resort is in the path of the airport so while on the beach you constantly have fuel fumes. For a four star resort it functions like a one star.

The property was very clean, food selections daily was very good. My experience with most of the staff was very good. Just a bad experience by burger hut with a staff, her attitude was very nasty. But overall its a beautiful well kept property.

Loved that the beach was right across the property, and the beach was well maintained the equipment needs repairs. The bell man (Delroy) was amazing after carrying our bags up 3 flights he noticed my wife found it difficulty to walk up he went back down and found us a room on a lower floor. the man cooking the eggs at breakfast always had a frown and kept looking at the tip basket very unfriendly.

This property not enough food selection closes down at midnight. Limited choices of drinking soda juice and alcohol is cheap liquor and not any choices . There only 1 pool and the rooms woke up floor had ants requested that room be sprayed not done . Staff keeps coming to your room when not requested like they looking thru your thugs. there no safe in room . This low budget resort, old needs fixing up. Rooms kept clean , not set up for people with disabilities if you have one . not kid friendly

After visiting large resorts, this was a very nice small resort to just lay back and enjoy Jamaica’s beauty. The beach and sunsets are breathtaking. The food was authentic and delicious. The drinks were great. All the staff we encountered were welcoming and helpful.

I enjoyed the hospitality of the kitchen staff. The resort is outdated. There are limited places to eat and the room's cleanliness was poor. Would not recommend.

The property was very nice. The lawn and shrubs were well maintained. Some of the dining room staff were very pleasant while others were rude and require additional training. The beach staff handing out towels was very rude. The entertainment was enjoyable. Front desk staff needs more training. The music was very very loud by the pool. My room was overlooking this area and I could not go to sleep in peace. Every nite was the same thing. The music was also very very loud on the beach. The food could be better and the dining room was very hot , no AC. This hotel is not for older folks . It’s too loud.

Room flooded, they took no urgency. House keeping was horrible. Most days, nothing was changed, not even the towels. Dining options weren't many and didn't change much on a day to day basis. I know this wasn't a top notch resort but it also wasn't a bottom dollar one either

The property is well taken care of and the staff was very helpful. Check in is 3pm and they are serious and will make you wait until check in time. During this process, you can eat and enjoy the property games, pool area, beach bar etc. The beach is extremely beautiful and the beach bar had basic items to eat, drinks and most days a DJ on the beach, water sports. Make sure to bring change to tip everyone because they are there to help you and make your vacation a plus. The Food was really good! Its just the same breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. After the 3rd day, I was ready to eat something different. The Food is always hot and fresh. They also have a pool bar and grill. The hotel is very very clean! My internet & TV was not working!! They fixed our TV over 5 times a DAY, until we gave up asking maintenace to fix it! The room was really large with an amazing balcony over looking the grounds. Please visit the piano bar at 6pm because Andre the singer and piano player will not disappoint you! I wish they had more activities near the pool during the day but at night they do have a live band at 8pm etc. The taxi's are cheap and the resort offer tours at the tour desk. Please...Please bring your own snacks, chips and candy with you because the gift shop is very expensive. A candy bar $7.00 or chips $10 dollars. Also bring your own and Advil etc. Over price is not the word! Over all you will have a great time and NO ATM on the property. Please bring cash to tip.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed every second we spent at this resort. My only regret is we didn’t stay longer. The buffet Jasmine’s never disappointed!! All staff at the resort are super friendly. 10/10. We’ll definitely be back

The place was noisy, no channel on the tv was working, no hot water, most of the staff was unpleasant, 2 dining room staff was nice ishauna and titania and the buttler orville was nice too. The only good thing for me and my husband was the food, tums up to the chefs
