“Exceptional location. A lot of daily traffic from 6am to 11pm. Kitchen has most everything you need. Carport parking was beneficial. Lots of stairs from carport to house and inside house from living area to bedrooms. No patio on balcony of your own to sit and enjoy ocean views. Property manager is friendly and incredibly responsive.”

“Very nice property that had very nice finishes. View from main floor was lovely, but the view from the second floor master was awe inspiring. Very quiet, close to the beach and beach walk. Well supplied with everything we needed. Loved hearing the surf as we fell asleep. Kids and grandkids absolutely loved the pool because it was so warm. Close to attractions and shopping. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.”

All walkable - approximately a mile or less, except the aquarium might be 2 miles. great location.”

“We stayed at the condo for over 8 weeks in the winter. It is located in a forest so it's very quiet and peaceful. The unit was clean with a well appointed kitchen. There was an initial supply of the essentials upon check in and the kitchen has a good supply of cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and towels were plush. It is a very quiet building and the neighbors are friendly. It is very hilly so you need to be able to be somewhat fit if you want to go for a walk in the neighborhood or...

“My husband and I rented this apartment for seven weeks during the months of January, February and March. This was an exciting place to stay because of the easy walking access to the Monterey Aquarium, Cannery Row, and Fisherman’s Wharf. Also, a very nice grocery story a block away. GREAT LOCATION! The apartment was compact but perfect for the two of us. We even had grandchildren over on the weekends and were furnished a blowup bed & sheet set from the rental agency.
