Great staff, nice are and close to downtown. Clean and neat rooms . Friendly staff that help you with smile. A few things could get improved, The restaurant pizza was extremely overpriced! The shop in the hotel can be more practical, a nice cafe and bar are missed! Aso, the price for parking is not reasonable.

The parking is free and easy. The stuff was very friendly and accommodating. The gym is small but sufficient, the indoor pool was great albeit a bit cold, and there is also a hot tub and sauna. It’s in a close walking distance to Ste. Katharine, which used to be the 5th Avenue of Montreal but has degraded tremendously since our last visit a decade ago. Our suite in a secluded area (Admiral Loft) was great, quite, large, well equiped

I stayed here during a difficult week and I couldn't be happier with the service from the entire staff, from the concierges to the cleaners to the restaurant workers. I want to thank Luis, Alana and all other front desk staff whose names I don't recall. I will be recommending this lovely place to friends, family and professional contacts.

Very clean property with helpful bilingual staff. I was also surprised by how easy it is to walk to different restaurants and to the super market. Distance to main subway line is also very walkable. I would stay here again if I come back to Montreal. The only thing that took me by surprise was the cost of the parking, which was 33 $ plus tax for 24 hours.

We had an Admiral Loft suite, a roomy 650 sf unit for a friction of the price we paid for a tiny room at the Hilton in Boston! The room is well equipped, plenty of lights, great kitchen, desk, jacuzzi (excellent!) - and a wonderful service team. The only thing that is missing - pool! There is one, outdoor (not helpful during most of the year) and too tiny anyway. We’ll definitely come back if/when we’re visiting Montreal again

I would have happily given five stars for our stay if it weren’t for the horrible customer service we experienced following our stay. One of our travel companions forgot his jacket. He realized this one hour after we left the city. We called. He sent a local friend to try to retrieve the jacket and no one would listen to him. My husband called several times. He Left messages and never had the courtesy of a response. I called after 3 weeks of no responses and finally had someone at the desk who promised to investigate. He returned my call 6 hours later and told me the jacket wasn’t there. Very disappointed as the only possibility is someone on their staff stole the jacket, as we sure never did get it back. Don’t forget anything if you do stay here, you can’t trust it will be returned.
