Room shape and bed choice UNPARALLELED moveable ladder was a great choice. Mixed reviews whether guard rail on top bed was necessary

The room I had was too small for a closet and there was only one hook for clothes. Without a closet there should be several hooks on the walls. The hotel was very conveniently located: the 747 bus from airport stopped half a block away, 2 metro stations, north and south, were nearby, a supermarket was a block away, as was Chinatown and restaurants. The included breakfast was excellent.

The room was smaller than expected but not an issue for two adults. However, the breakfast was disappointing… the only protein offered was hard boiled eggs which they only provided one dish of and when it was out, they did not refill….

Nous avons été tres bien accueillis par le personnel. Le petit dejeuner était très bien : du choix et en quantité La chambre manquait d'insonorisation avec le couloir. L'hôtel est tres bien situé pour visiter Montréal.

Could not get parking on site, had to walk 1/2 km to park. Very small room, no microwave, closet sized bathroom. Free breakfast was disgusting, no meat, old boiled eggs and limited selection and coffee was so weak could not drink it. Would never stay here again or recommend it

Lots of nearby sights to see and places to eat. There's a bus that goes from the airport to less than a block away from this hotel without needing to transfer.

While the area does have its graffiti and occasional bum lurking around, I never felt unsafe and the hotel was professionally run and I never heard noise from door closings or noisy guests, so the noise insulation is good. Conveniently located, 10 mins walk to Old City and the Port. 5 mins walk to nearest metro station. ATM inside lobby. Easy access to poutine. Borders Chinatown.

C'est difinitivement ma pire expérience. Le principe d'un hôtel c'est un endroit où nous cherchons avant tout un seul critère : bien dormir. À cet hôtelc'était le contraire, premierement cela a mal débuté, car j'ai payé pour un grand lit alors j'ai eu un lit double. La receptioniste ne veut rien savoir et elle m'indique de façon subtitle que je ne sais pas faire différence. La chambre était petite, manque de lumière, il faisait très chaud, le ventilateur de la salle de bain fait un bruit horrible et le planché de la douche etait sale (Cela ne donne pas le goût de prendre sa douche ). Quand nous voulions allumer le climatiseur on est frappé par une odeur inssuportable et un bruit qui géne notre repos quand on l'arrêtte là c'est la chaleur. Bref je n'ai pas dormis que 1 ou 2 heures. Points positifs : le lit etait propre et confortable, il y'avait du bon café nespresso et stationnement sur place pratique. J'étais mieux servi à des motels à 90$. Bref pour moi c'est un non retour. Merci de prendre mes commentaires comme une critique pour amélioration et non parceque j'ai une mauvaise intention. Merci

I liked how the people that worked there, where very helpful, and respectful as well, I also enjoyed the shower, and gladly the fridge was brought to us, though it would have been nice to have it from the start ! Only issue that any of us had was the breakfast, it wasnt much, I guess im used to more , as in bacon, scrabbled eggs , pancakes, and waffles as choices, bagels as well as toast ! Other then that it was a great stay , thank you

Very tiny and empty room, really just a place to sleep. The parking is also not included and the parkade is pretty small. I wouldn’t want to drive a truck down there.

This is a good budget choice. The room was very small and spartan, but also clean. Staff were nice. Breakfast was far better than I expected. For the location, it was good value. Just don’t go in expecting luxury and you’ll enjoy the experience.

The place is situated near the places we wanted to see especially the Basilica De Notre Damme. The nearest mall with grocery is about 5 minute walk and convenient if you prefer to shop and have a quick meal. The complimentary breakfast is acceptable, croissant, cereal, juice, yogurt, light fruits and boiled egg. This is where it needs some improvement, however, it is ok if you are not too picky, besides, the mall is just at the corner. There is no guest parking and was suggested that I park at the nearest mall. I was only charged ca$ 15.00 for overnight parking. At the back of this hotel is I believe China Town where there are a lot of Asian Restaurants and their prices are competitive. Will I go back to this place ? Yes I will, for as long as I get my refund of ca$169.00 which was withheld when I checked in.

Terrible. The staff was not friendly. The room was SO small. There were only 3 pillows. The comforter was terrible and the “free breakfast” had terrible selection. Only cereal yogurt boiled eggs and some fruit for food that was it. No sausage no bacon NOTHING. Incredibly disappointed

Very small room . Not even clean . I had to park 2 blocks away. When i booked the hotel room parking was included and they charge 131$ for the night but whn i checked in they charge me 181$ at front desk .

The location is great being right between two metro lines and walkable to Old Montreal. The room was clean and the bed.comfortable. The breakfast service was solid and well stocked.
