Pass This One By
Room was not clean-shower glass had stains- corners all dirty- sink had hair in it. I am not a fan of leaving dirty towels in the hallway- it looks like a tenement. We left our towels in the morning as directed-they were picked up but no new towels were left. No tissues in the bathroom ! On the second morning at 8:10, no coffee, no milk, no cereal. How could they let it be that way !!

Great location for the wedding we are attending. About an hour from Dollywood. Construction noise from a nearby work site is super loud but not the fault of the hotel. Hotel staff super friendly. Ample parking.

Just OK
Hotel overall was clean and well maintained. The bed was not comfortable and the breakfast offered was just OK. We ended up going out for breakfast on the second day.

Great location just off US 25 E, convenient, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Only negatives are a small pool with cool water and a so so breakfast- Otherwise a nice hotel and we will be back.

Close to amenities. Room is clean and comfortable. Have stayed here multiple times and the food was not up to par this stay. Very disappointed with that.

The bathroom was in horrible condition, there were black m as rksand dark brown drip marks on walls and door frame, a pubic hair on the outside lip of shower door, there was plaster on the blue wall paperat top and lower wall, the wall paper h as d 4in.bubble that was from the ceilings to floor . I did take pictures of everything . And the mattress keep sliding to one side of the frame was the worst bed I have every tried to sleepin which I could not sleep endup leaving at 5.30 am. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The service bell broken. Workers were friendly. The shad3 was broken. Could not look out the window. LOUD traffic and train. Stinkbugs in several places in room. Room was pet friendly but i was not impressed. Will look in different location next return.

Location near railroad - still restful
This is a very nice hotel - room layout well done - need more flexible lighting and more separation between bathroom and bed. Mirror bounces light from bathroom into bedroom area.

Great place to stay
I don't usually take time to do reviews but this place was so much better than the last place we stayed. Abby was efficient, helpful and kind upon our arrival and when we came in late the next night. Room temperature was comfortable and the beds were, too. Breakfast had a variety of options. The place was clean I will probably stay there again.

Overnighter, solo stay, nice
Stay was good. Room was clean, comfy bed, good pillows, nice furniture, Kimball Hospitality furniture is solid quality, bathroom amenities were nice, breakfast was just okay, excellent gym area was very clean thanks for that, indoor pool is green, not ready for the season yet. Marriott Bonvoy worked as well as electronic key with cell phone.

Nice place and people
Beautiful hotel. The woman at the front desk was great. She was friendly and helpful. Breakfast could use a little upgrade, but still had a good enough selection to get us going on our roadtrip. The pool was relaxing, but you can't swim laps. The fitness area was nice. I only used the exercise bike and it was in good shape.
