“If only we could have stayed longer! We had booking the glamping unit, but because of water issues Theresa switched us to the Bungalow, which was so cosy. She agreed alternative breakfast arrangements as we had to leave early on checkout. We only had time to meet the chickens and ducks at the doorstep, but we saw the donkey and goats sheltering from the rain! “If you want an experience and not a hotel, this is a good place to consider. Don’t complain if you wanted a Marriott; it’s not the Marriott. The hostess and host are kind and genuine. The lodging is nestled in a neighborhood, but it feels almost like a jungle. The shower is outside and is reasonably private. Don’t mind the geckos lingering nearby as you enjoy fresh fruit for breakfast.”

The personal service and hospitable environment more than compensated for the somewhat remote location but mind you, nothing is within walking distance in Volcano anyway and the extra five minutes to the End of the Road did not bother us.
