If I had to describe it, I’d say that you’d need to mix the hospitality and welcome of staying with family with a well polished high end establishment. Combine it all with the fact that you’re dining in a period mansion house. Top it up with a good measure of peaceful countryside atmosphere and you have the rough recipe for this unique place....

“We booked the place because of the good reviews we read and were deeply disappointed. After waiting around 15 Minutes at the gate, we were finally left in after we had to use our foreign phone to call a couple times. We were then handed a key with no further explanation and received a hand sign in a direction after asking where to find the room. The room itself was very small and run down. As there was no dinner available, we only had breakfast there, which unfortunately is not recommendable...
