“Location near two step, pebble beach and other stuff south of Kona. Christine the caretaker was very nice. Perfect sunset view from the deck. Only issue was the small fridge which tended to condensate. Ice maker was good but no freezer space. No kitchen stove but hot plate worked fine.”

“This property was spacious and comfortable. View from the lanai was spectacular. quiet neighborhood. Do take the warnings about the steep driveway. As two people in our 70’s, we had to exert a great deal of energy to get our luggage down the driveway and up the outdoor stair! Once we loaded in everything was perfect!”

“This is the perfect place for a quiet family getaway. House has everything you could ask for with comfortable beds and pillows. Full kitchen with spices on hand. Game room and dvds on first floor. Incredible views from balcony and snorkeling sets, kayaks, boogie boards etc. Private, primitive snorkeling site that can be reached scrambling over lava rocks (stairs washed out)- Not for small kiddos or anyone needing assistance, but most people would have no problem, especially since it’s so private...

“We found everything we needed in a restful home base during our 3 nights at this guest house. Steve, our host was very friendly and helpful. The gardens were a treat to wander through and we awoke to the sound of birdsong every morning. We really appreciated the beach towels, and cooler provided for our visits to the nearby Punalu'u' Beach and Ho'okena Beach Park.”
