“Cute little cottage near Snake Creek. It was a small, spotlessly clean, well furnished cabin. Autum and David kept in touch and responded promptly to our call about a malfunctioning smoke detector. The place was nicely furnished and several accommodations were included for children. We enjoyed the front porch swing and the hammock. There was also a nice fire pit area. Just be aware that the house requires climbing several rather steep steps.”

“Our kids and I loved our weekend get away in the mountains. It’s was so peaceful and you can’t beat the view or the price. Pictures don’t convey just how cozy this place is . We really appreciated the old fashioned feel. It is a bit of a windy road to get there but you won’t want to leave once there. There was everything we needed and more for a family of six with kids . “The house was clean and the description was accurate. We visited right after Christmas and had 3 families staying in the house and grandparents out in the pool house. It worked great for this purpose. There were walking trails around the property that the younger ones loved to explore and the 2 family rooms were perfect to separate adults and teenagers in the evening. “Stayed at Little Bear cabin for a long weekend near Strayhorn campground where friends were camping. Little Bear cabin was a nice repreive at the end of a long day of fellowship. Very private road with no noise and no one around (unlike motels or city rentals). Very nice, clean little cabin perfect for my wife and I, and our daughter and son-in-law with their new-born. Tom was very responsive to all questions and made everything easy. Thanks again Tom!”

“We have been coming to stay at Maggie May for several years now. And intend on staying there anytime we come to the area. It is convenient to our favorite fishing spots. The cabin is clean, cute and very comfortable, and the Hosts are awesome! It feels like home away from home. We highly recommend Maggie May to everyone.”

“It was just like being at home for everyone with a lot more space than we are typically used to. The neighborhood was perfect for the children to explore, and have the chance to make wonderful childhood memories. We felt safe, secure, and very well equipped to be able to relax and enjoy time, loving each other. We can’t wait to visit again when the weather will allow us to get in the water and play on the lake. Five stars all around.”
