Poor reception. It took 30 minutes to check in. She couldn’t find the booking and we kept waiting after long flight. Rooms were not clean including toilet. Only good thing the breakfast was ok. The manager at front desk didn’t even bother to say hello or smile. Will never go back to this hotel

Check in was very slow, girl typing info on a laptop took almost 30 mins, not fun after a long flight. We were two people so asked for 2 keys, she refused and gave only one which was very inconvenient because elevator also required key. Air conditioning is horrible. When you leave the room all power shuts down in room so 100-105 F humid temp makes room so hot that when you come back it takes couple of hours to cool down. Also it won’t cool down to your desired temp, seemed like the hotel had it controlled to not go below certain temp, I was sweating all night and couldn’t sleep. Although hotel is relatively clean, secured and closed to airport I would definitely not choose this property again. Also like to mention that breakfast was good for the price

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ginger Hotel Andheri East in Mumbai, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entirety of my stay. The ambiance of the hotel was inviting, with modern decor and a clean, well-maintained environment that immediately put me at ease. My room was comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing me with the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the vibrant city of Mumbai. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the front office assistant, Laxmi. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable truly stood out. Overall, my experience at Ginger Hotel Andheri East exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai, and I look forward to

Not to Stay at all in future.
The hotels facility is not up tp that mark for what I have paid. They are not providing slipper and they are charging we supplied. Rooms are also not that much clean and good and BF is too bad as well as food grade is also not good. I didn't took BF. So I left hotel very next day. I won't like to stay in future to this hotel at all.

One of the rooms had cockroach infestation and sheets were dirty . AC didn’t work one of the nights and overall was very dusty. Disappointed as this was a TaTa group of hotels. No AC in the corridors.

Wrong marking on Google maps. We had to tell cab drivers to pick and drop from the correct gate every time Got the worst room. Got to know that the lock of the room door was broken on the third night of stay. Linens were not clean and cups were dirty too. The drain in bathroom was chocked. Staff was friendly and food was satisfactory. Don’t expect much from this hotel. It’s a good stay if you are out most of the time and just hitting the bed.

I had a horrible experience, I asked for extra pillows, and it looks 1 hour after 2-3 calls. The next day I called them for the locker, which wasn't working, and it seemed like a couple of hours. Very terrible service.

This is close to the railway station(Andheri), which is good. But the staff are not very helpful. May be insufficient number of staff at the reception / help desk. The taxi driver from the airport could not located the property with the name ' Ginger Mumbai Andheri'. I call them from the taxi but they simply answered and disconnected many times. Finally I had to google and directed the taxi. Thanks for the smart phone

We had reserved 2 rooms and even the credit card was charged. At the time of check in only 1 room was showing confirmed. After 2 hours the other room got confirmed. Very Very Bad experience.

The Room Was So Small for Executive Room , and they give me wrong room , then they change it , no internet with my Username they give different Username to access it , i asked many times for tissue and until now did not received it :).

Good location
The hotel has a decent restaurant but staff need training. The front desk staff need training as check in takes a long time. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, the floor had dirt on the edges. If staff acknowledged guests & thoroughly cleaning rooms , it would be a good hotel. The location is good, with restaurants nearby. Supermarket near by. Shopper Stop 10mins away by Car. Santacruz is 20 mins by car.

Spectacular stay
good short stay. Rooms are super clean. Although on the smaller side, they are very comfortable. Great value for a room in Mumbai. Checkin was quick and so was the checkout. The breakfast buffet was good with a decent variety of choices.Will definitely stay there again. For guest taking a cab, please make sure you mention that you want to go to the Ginger at Andheri east because there is another Ginger not far from this property in Mumbai.
