Jättefint hotell med trevlig personal. Närområdet är ingen höjdare då man inte kan gå till fots någonstans utan måste åka bil. Hotellområde är fantastisk, rent, fräscht och bra seevice av personalen.

Comfortable, but mind the wedding party season
I spent one week at the hotel during a business trip. The hotel fulfilled most of my requirements. Clean, friendly staff, working wifi, generous breakfast buffé and different restaurants offering a variety of good food. The hotel´s location close to the airports (international and domestic, including its pick-up service, was also an advantage. However, during my stay the hotel hosted a big noisy (read disco) wedding party in the basement that kept me (staying on the 5th floor) and probably half the hotel awake until 2 am one night. The hotel manager allowing this must have missed a part of the course "Basics for hotel management". The next night my colleague had to change rooms due to a noisy party. (I was not disturbed since I stayed in another part of the hotel.) Our understanding was that this was the same wedding party continuing on day 2.

Being adressed with name in the restaurant at all occasions tells a lot about the staff training. Arts and decoeations in lobby area showing taste and refinement.

Staff at this hotel are fantastic the food is very good but the first floor pool area was dirty they need to clean the area and pool everyday as other hotels.the club lounge is good but the rooms don’t have that fresh feel after being cleaned which you get at other 5star hotels.

Wost stsy at this hotel in years. Garbage smell of rotting food in the hallway, totally run down rooms. Beds you can feel the springs. Bed sheets and duvet are totally used over the years and not replaced. Rooms are run down, furniture so old very uncomfortable to use. Airport pickup was confirmed and no.one was there to pick up. Disgusting and will never ever stay here

Short Family Stay
Overall, our stay was comfortable. I had booked two rooms, it would have been ideal if they had given rooms next to each other. The service was exceptional. The rooms were clean and well presented and the buffet breakfast was delicious too. Would stay there again.

Nice stay.
The hotel is located in not so great neighbhorhood but the its very safe. The security is great. Overall comfort is great, only complaint we had was the mosquitoes in the lobby area and in the breakfast area. The staff is nice and very helpful.Buffett breakfast was great! The hotel is close from various places such as BKC and Bandra etc.

The Grand in Hyatt was lost, such a shame what has happened to this property. It just feels old inside. The hotel is infested with mosquitoes, contrary to what they say the issue has been ongoing for several months. I feel bad for the staff as they are trying their best but the place is just not up to the mark. It feels old, and you can see it just isn’t clean. The rooms were not well kept. It also has a musky smell. Please avoid at all cost until they make changes here.

Truly 5-star experience
The Grand Hyatt is was stunning, professional and would go above and beyond for us. The breakfast was stunning and had a wide range of choice - our waiter the first two days was fabulous for encouraging us to try new things and explain each of the dishes. Disappointingly, our 3rd and 4th days we were completely ignored at the breakfast, not even giving us cutlery or a glass to drink from, never mind taking orders for made-to-order items. That small blip aside, the staff couldn't have been better, giving us advice for clothes shopping, helping with a lost property 'crisis' and even letting us sit in the exec lounge after our flight was delayed - Agnel was incredibly kind and professional, and we can only say thank you! The room was big, clean and always supplied with fresh drinking water. The pool was beautiful (although outdoors - you have to be willing to take on the smog - and not very deep. Fine for a paddle!). The architecture and artwork is absolutely stunning, and the lobby is just a lovely place to sit and escape the chaos of Mumbai. The Grand Hyatt was a perfect counterpoint to help us relax from the noise, smells and hoards of people from our days out!

I have there before but this time checking in took a long time, bags to room took 3 phone calls and 20 minutes to arrive. Good part was Service delivered by Abhijeet and Ganga dyring breakfast as attention to detail and customer service was above and beyond was was very much appreciated
