Regarding the water pressure we do not know whether you contacted the reception team to announce the problem. Mostly our technicians may improve the situation quickly. And if this is not possible we will of course provide another room. You may avoid the higher extra charge for breakfast if you book a rate including breakfast buffet. From the date of your review we conclude that you stayed with us maybe on the first weekend of October. We had a problem with the WIFI during these days and could not offer the usual stable internet connection. We regret this very much and understand that it was an annoying situation. Hopefully you contacted the reception regarding the problems in your bathroom. Of course, our technical service is available during the day to fix things you described. And if we may not solve the problems you willl be provided another room. We would appreciate to welcome you again to convince you of our services then.
