Cozy oceanfront room
Room was very clean and fit the description. Loved the view and the access in and out of the resort. The workers constantly making sure resort is very clean. The management made sure all the arrangements were sent to us and was a pleasure to work wirh them. Hope to be back soon

Not too shabby
We checked in and first thing we saw was a squished cockroach on the floor. The bed had a thin comforter over it but zero pillows and blankets on the bed. We had to make it. Then none of the bathroom towels or washcloths were anywhere to be found. They ended up being in a linen bag on the floor. Just found it odd we had to make the bed and search for stuff. It’s a very outdated old hotel room but it was cute enough and the access to the beach couldn’t be more perfect. All in all it was good!

Amazing slice of paradise
This was a perfect little get away for me and my husband. The view couldn’t be more perfect and we loved the location right on the beach. The studio was a perfect size for our needs and the grounds are really nice. We also appreciated the little restaurant and pizza/ice cream place on the first floor - lots of conveniences. We would love to come back sometime!

Great Find
We went for spring break. My son (7yrold) and I had a great time! Perfect view of the ocean!! We were close to the indoor pool and all of the hotel amenities! It was off season so the water was cold, but the sun and balcony were perfect!! Would love to visit again in the summer!!

Gas smell
Woke up a 2 am to the smell of gas in the room. Hotel manager told me no natural gas around the property and that I was probably smelling sewage which happens frequently at the hotel/ building. Learned the next morning that the pool heaters are powered by natural gas and that they were probably giving off gas that was coming into the wall unit. Expressed concern about inhaling gas and carbon monoxide ( no detector in room or Buliding). Property manager maintenance man was nice and helpful but building manager was unconcerned about the gas from his pool heaters. I would never stay anywhere in that building or near it again.

Will stay again.
The view was amazing. Enjoyed the convenience of restaurants, bar and store on location. I wish there was a fan for airflow. The bathroom need airflow also. There’s no oven so adding a toaster oven would be great. Overall though it’s a great place and we will be staying here again.

Bugs!!
My husband and I stayed here 8/19-8/22 and this unit was NOT clean. They supplied very little hand soap, to where we ran out almost immediately, luckily I brought body wash. They also do not supply toilet paper, paper towels, and charge you a cleaning fee but expect you to take out your own trash and wash your own dishes. They also do not send you a code to get in until 4 pm which is super inconvenient when you are driving 14 hours to get there. The icing on the cake is our last night, we walked in and there was a brown ROACH on the floor! Then we woke up and there was another one on our clothes!! I immediately contacted the "host" and still have yet to receive a reaponse. Don't even bother with trying to tell hotel staff since they're apparently not affiliated with them at all. They wouldnt even help us with parking when the entire parking garage was full because apparently even though we had to have parking passes, they just let anyone park there.They suggested we park our car at a building 3 miles away and walk back..I have pictures of the roaches in our room and will be asking for some money back because I am disgusted. I would not suggest staying here.

Great spot for 2!
A quaint basic room with a comfortable bed and sofa. We were able to cook most of our meals in the room with the stovetop and microwave. Sitting on the deck was noisy with the restaurant below us, an indoor pool next to us, and outdoor a/c units. However, we had a great view of the ocean. Property management was extremely responsive with 2 issues that we had in the room. The location is close to all of the Myrtle Beach entertainment. We highly recommend!

Inadequate storage and bed
There was NO storage of any kind for clothing, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, no oven, and despite verbiage in contract, NO dishwasher. Hot tub on property only worked 2 of 5 days and allowed small children to use. Elevators were systemically inoperative randomly. I will NOT recommend this rental, even to enemies!

We are truly sorry that your vacation was not as you expected. The Rental Contract is not specific for each unit. It does state on our website and other booking sites that this unit comes with a 2 burner cooktop and does not list a dishwasher. Please keep in mind that we only represent the owner of the condo and not the resort itself. Hot tub and elevator issues are beyond our control. We're grateful that you chose to book with us and wish that your stay was more enjoyable.

Pleasant Stay
We enjoyed our stay. The temperatures were cool in the morning and evening so that limited beach time. Cooking was very limited as only medium pans could be used.

It was very noisy. A noisy fridge in one side of the bed and an air conditioner on the other side.
My over all impression is I wouldn’t give the owner $2.00 for this property. The kitchen sink clogged and for our last two weeks we had to do dishes in the bathroom. Also the toilet was meant for a 2 year old. No closet ,no storage space. The first thing I would do is fire the cleaner and hire one that knows how to clean. Dirty eating utensils and dishes. etc on a positive note. Nice balcony and ocean view.

Great Stay
The condo was just what I needed for a quick 3 night stay and I would most definite recommend to other. The only thing was check in was a little difficult due to parking being full, especially at night and not being able to find the code for the room that was sent. Also, it would be nice if they would send better linen(towel). Even though, I have these minor complaints I still give this a five star rating. For it being clean, big free, and providing exactly what it states in a decent area. Hope to be able to stay their again.

The biggest problem is the AC unit. You pay for ocean front but the curtains had to stay closed the entire time. AC did put out cold air but at a very slow rate and the room would get hot if you cracked the curtains to see the view. Housekeeping could clean better too. Hairs left on the shower walls.

Lack of activities
When renting this condo I was under the impression that we would have access to everything that the resort had, the multiple pools, water park, arcade, fun house, etc since they were all shown in the pictures on the listing. However when I arrived we were told that we only had access to the one outdoor pool, that was tiny, the indoor pool and of course the beach. No where in the listing or the renting agreement does it say that none of these things are not available to you even though you’ve paid for them. Other than this, the resort is lovely, the restaurants within them are great, a little pricey but good, the room was spacious and the views were beautiful!

It is listed on our website and VRBO page that the waterpark and fun zone is not available to our guests per the HOA rules of the resort. We love this room! We love the new floor! No more carpet. The curtains need to be replaced and the mattress needs to be replaced but overall it is the most amazing place! We have stayed here 4 times.

Good Value
The unit is in a good, central location, close to many dining options. The view of and proximity to the ocean is unmatched. The unit smelled faintly of burnt popcorn. All linens were wrapped in plastic for added cleanliness. Even though two e-mail messages promised an entry code, I never received it and had to call the emergency, after-hours number. No one answered, but someone promptly sent the entry code.

Ocean Front, Clean, Cozy Stay!
The easy, no-contact check-in was convenient and quick, and the room was very clean. After a long drive, both were a relief! I would suggest adding more lighting in the unit, as the only overhead light is in the bathroom. No kitchen illumination at all, which may not be noticeable except we visited during off season and spent more time indoors :)

Beach Getaway
We had a nice stay at the Sand Dune Resort, however if we were to return to the resort we would not stay in the same condo. We had lots of options available for the time we were looking for and choose this unit since it had a king size bed and balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo was dated and not very clean. A/c filters were filthy, throw rugs in the bathroom had visible ground in dirt, curtains were worn, soiled and torn and when we went to make the bed the previous renters had not fully striped it. Not sure who is responsible for checking the condo before each renter but it doesn't appear that is happening. The bed was comfortable and since we made it ourselves we felt it was clean but we really couldn't use the balcony as the air conditioner was on the balcony wall and very noisy. We spent most of our time on the beach or by the pool so we were able to still have an enjoyable getaway!

Exactly what we expected
Had a great trip. Room was exactly what we expected per the listing. Its a 2nd floor end unit located near an elevator and the indoor pool. It was clean and all the linens were shrink wrapped waiting in the room. Location is great, short drive to almost everything. It was just my husband and I so can't speak on the family experience. Would definitely book again.

poor maintenance
First walking in the unit had a musty smell. Out of the 2 small lamps, one lamp’s bulb was burned out so lighting was not great. Curtains were ripped and dated. Air conditioner floor unit was loose from wall. Carpet did not seem clean. The shower head was clogged with deposits and water pressure was terrible. There was a wet beach towel on balcony not picked up by cleaning crew. The view was nice but we could not enjoy it because the air conditioner compressor below us was very loud. Plus, every night between 10 and midnight people shot off fireworks on the beach 100 yards from our window, and I mean every night!!! Unexpectedly, the parking garage connected to the condos did not have an elevator that went to ground floor. Pool was clean and nice.

Good place to stay
We enjoyed being on the 2nd floor close to the stairs as the elevators usually had long lines (its the "on" season so that is to be expected) so that was nice to just be able to walk right up. The unit was nice and had a good view. Check in was nice to just be able to walk up and not have to go thru the front desk. Check out instructions were good. The only thing I would add to that is directions for the trash compactor. It took awhile for us to find it but other than that everything went smoothly and we had a great time! Would definitely book this room in the future. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy the condo!

Mini Vaca
My children and I stayed here and it was very convenient and lovely. I enjoyed being right on the beach especially with small children. Everything was great. My only recommendation is that being on the beach sand is inevitable and with no housekeeping maybe have a small vacuum to help clean up.

Perfect location
This location was perfect for us. Nestled at the end of a hallway with the pool just around the corner made it quiet and peaceful in our room. I wouldn't recommend this room for 4 adults but for 2, it was perfect! Ocean view, 5 star....very family friendly section of the beach!

Nice Getaway
The cons: The room was a lot smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The bathroom/shower/tub were pretty outdated. The carpet could have been cleaner. We would have liked a second set of sheets to have during our stay. The pros: Great location and awesome amenities! The view was breath taking and the room was quiet with little outside noise. The bed was large and comfortable. The linens were sanitized and sealed which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great getaway for a few nights!

N Myrtle Beachfront Condo
Easy to book. Condo was very nice. The cleaning crew could no better, but overall, it was a great rental. The onsite restaurant isn't very good, very expensive. Pizza was good. Onsite facilities are nice.

Perfect stay by the beach!
This was a nice stay in Myrtle beach. They have a small kitchenette to make a simple dinner if needed. You have access to the beach very easily from this condo. The only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t have any toilet paper in the condo after we checked in.
