“The property is very well stocked with everything you need for cooking, etc. The home is in walking distance to downtown. Renting bikes is fun with wonderful bike paths. We would stay here again.”

“My friends and I came for stroll weekend and had a great stay! The house is well stocked and enough space for 6 adults to sleep comfortably. We didn’t bring a car but was able to walk into town in about 20 minutes, take the island bus or Ubers. The house also had bikes but we did not use since it was winter. 45 Surfside bakery is also close to the house for coffee and breakfast. Mary Kate is very responsive and was able to accommodate us for an early check in/later check out. We would definitely...

“We had an amazing family Thanksgiving! Very comfortable and spacious for the 6 of us. Nice to have a master suite downstairs for my elderly parents. And another master suite upstairs for us.The house was impeccably clean with all the amenities we needed. The outdoor space was fantastic. We had fun playing ping pong and corn hole and sitting by the gas fire pit. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our holiday! Thank you Steve!”

“On Nantucket for the very first time for our daughter’s wedding, this home suited us and our adult children and their spouses perfectly. It was spacious, immaculate and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Plus, enough bathrooms for all of us to get ready for the rehearsal and wedding festivities simultaneously.
