Fantastiskt
Vi blev positivt överraskade över hur fint boendet var, då det var mycket bättre än bilderna. Rummet var super fint med två härliga balkonger och den höga takhöjden gjorde verkligen sitt. Det låg nära det mesta och det var enkelt att ta sig till fots till centrum och hamnen. Bra service och fantastiskt bra boende till så lågt pris.

Very nice B&B
Very clean, beautiful and nice newly renovated rooms. The only thing to complain about is the breakfast at the nearby coffee shop. You should at least get coffee and juice, not just one choice.

The property is beautifully remodeled and clean. The windows did a wonderful job of blocking street noise for sleeping. Please note that the property is not staffed like a hotel. If you book this hotel, it is important that you have WiFi or cell service in the 12 hours leading up to your check in, or you will miss important information about how to get into the property.

We are happy that you liked our facility. And as specified in the description we are not a hotel with a 24 hour reception in any case we always serve our guests at the time of booking then 3 days before to provide us with an arrival time to organize their check-in and also on the morning of I arrive. unfortunately in your case you didn't read any of these written messages but our concierge service still helped you without problems when you arrived and everything went smoothly

Location and Cleanliness was super
B&B Depretis 19 was in a great location. It was easy to walk to restaurants, shops, the hop-on, hop-off tour bus stops. The room was very nicely decorated, very clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is not included ( which their name might imply a breakfast)but there are places nearby which serve good breakfast food. The amenities section for the B&B did state that breakfast was not included. There is a hot water warmer for instant coffee and tea which was also provided.

Il B&B è in una posizione davvero ottima, sia per raggiugere i luoghi d'interesse principali a piedi che in metro (Fermara "Università" a due passi). Situato al 4° piano il B&B si vede che è stato ristrutturato recentemente, silenzioso, pulito. Gestito da Ernesto che è veramente un ragazzo a modo, molto cordiale e disponibile.

Great experience, the room was very clean and comfortable, nice view to the center of Naples and very close to Metro station. I like the communication with the owner of the property. Overall great experience and good rest, not to far from the airport.

Nos gusto muchísimo el lugar, todo estaba súper limpio, el check-in fue muy sencillo, la atención que tienen es excelente respondían enseguida y la chica que trabaja en recepción es súper amable y amistosa, la verdad es que el lugar está muy lindo, también a sus alrededores quedan cerca muchas cosas, como atracciones, la estación del metro o la parada de autobús. Si regreso a Napoles realmente volvería con ustedes!

A real find! This small hotel is hidden away on the 4th floor.. doesn’t look much from the outside, but the rooms are beautifully appointed and looked after. Staff are very friendly and speak excellent English! There are some reasonable restaurants and cafes outside so you can pick up a bite to eat. It’s about a 20 min walk to the central station

房間舒適，但入住時和接待人員的聯絡令人困惑
櫃台幾乎沒有接待人員，入住拿鑰匙像在解秘密任務。 只能透過whatsapp跟旅館人員聯絡，很不方便。 床舖舒適，浴室乾淨。 旅館位於一般大樓內，若無房間鑰匙的話，搭電梯要投20cent硬幣。

Escondida en un edificio viejo, te quitas la sensación de turista en hotel y puedes respirar un poco como un Napolitano. La zona es perfecta, a solo unas cuadras del centro histórico y del Castel Nuovo, está en el corazón de la ciudad sin tener que perderte entre pequeñas calles ruidosas. Se llega muy fácil en auto, lo cual no es sencillo en Napoles.

Amazing stay!
We loved our stay. The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. Lots of natural light and also plenty of lamps and lighting. The shower was powerful and it was convenient to have a hairdryer. Plenty of towels and pillows too. Host was helpful, very easy to find and check in was effortless. Very quiet and relaxing - windows had great sound proofing from city below! The free breakfast from the place next door had good variety and was just what we needed to start our day. It was only a 15/20 minute walk from the central train station and close to lots of restaurants and shops. Overall we loved our stay and couldn’t fault it! Would recommend :)

Very modern and efficient room. I loved to stand on the balcony and observe the happy chaos of the city. Being very close to the Metro was a bonus.

The location was good and the room was have a good size and clean however I did have an issue with not being able to safely lock the door at night while still having electricity and also with the fact that the breakfast will billed as a bed and breakfast the owner informs me that what is offered is actually a gift rather than being part of what you're paying for however that was not clear when I booked and therefore for someone looking for a bed and breakfast this is not really what's on offer here

we are sorry for the key but it was enough to lock the door and the keys and insert the scehda. for breakfast there is everything written that this was a gift from us because we do not serve breakfast. for the rest we are happy that our B & B has been to your liking for the cleanliness and location 😊

Nice room in a central location
We only stayed here for one night but it was nice! The bed was very comfortable and the location was right near a big plaza and a bunch of restaurants.

Price was very affordable. Easy communication with the brilliant staff via whatsapp. The room was stunning and very clean, with a wonderful view into the alleys and square. Couldn’t recommend the little apartment anymore if you want to feel at home within Naples.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen, aber auch zum spanischen Viertel, sowie zur Altstadt. Es befindet sich im 4. Stockwerk eines Hauses. Aus einer großen Wohnung, wurden mehrere Zimmern umgebaut. Die Location ist allgemein sehr sauber, genauso die Zimmer. Das Personal ist äußerst nett und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und bieten für den Preis alles was man braucht. Frühstück beinhaltet 1 Gebäck 1 Getränk im Erdgeschoss befindlichen Cafe. 1 Stern-Abzug da die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind (aber nicht nach draußen hin, sondern nach innen). Man hört alles was andere Gäste im Eingangsbereich machen, teilweise sogar andere Gäste aus den Zimmern. Dies ist teilweise sehr störend, vor allem in der Früh oder in der Nacht. Weiters hatte unsere Duschkabine keine Türe und mussten wir wirklich sehr vorsichtig duschen, damit das Badezimmer nicht unter Wasser steht. Ansonsten fühlten wir uns sehr wohl!
