Dear Simon, Thank you very much for scoring Palazzo Caracciolo. We are very sorry to read you were not completely satisfied with the quality of your stay. Please be informed that we have 2 jacuzzis, one at the spa and the other on a separated open air terrace. Unfortunately, due to covid restrictions, they are both unavailable. Actually we do not have any pool at the hotel and we will ask to correct such misinformation on Hotels.com. We and the entire team are deeply committed to make every experience beyond expectations and we pay extra attention to the quality of our service.
