Villor i Naples

“We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home...

There are a few things that could be improved, but the one non-working fan was addressed quickly. To anyone reading this, the property is CUTE, take care of it!”

“The place is clean and nicely flows from indoors to outdoors with three sliding glass doors from different rooms. Lots of space to spread out. Centrally located about 20-25 minutes to sites. We liked it”

The rooms were beautifully styled and comfortable.The views of the golf course were stunning and we loved the convenience of the resort style pool and onsite restaurant. “We liked the location of this property on a quiet (off the main drag) street yet close to downtown Naples. The pool was terrific. Laundry on outside covered deck was helpful. Kitchen small but effective with nice view of pool. TVs smart and good for kids. Dinning Room table easily sat all of us. Cleaning guy Chris was fab. Would stay again. thxs”

“My wife, two boys and myself just recently stayed at this house and I can confidently say we had an amazing vacation! This house was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do, super short walk to the beach, short drive to mini golf or ice cream. Plenty of restaurants near to drive to as well. Our boys enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock, as well as all the beach toys. Tegan was an awesome host as an added bonus! She was easy to communicate with and super nice, she...

“The house was perfect for all of us! Beds were comfortable which is so important! House was clean but garbage was an issue. It wasn’t taken to the street so the animals got into it. Other than that it could use some clean up around the outside of the house but the inside is beautiful! Hot tub was great too! There is one stair that needs to be replaced walking upstairs. Owner is great and responded to everything. Would definitely rent again!”

“The pictures didn't do the property justice. The building was very nice - freshly painted and clean. The condo has 10 foot ceilings. All the TV's were hi-definition. Very fast wifi. The staff at the clubhouse were very good. We'd stay again.”

“All new appliances. Very convenient to downtown and near the Botanical Gardens and pickleball courts. Pool and health club were well maintained. Minor issue with the fridge, which owner quickly resolved, and had maintenance there the next day to fix. I would definitely stay there again.”

“We enjoyed a three week stay in Naples. The villa is situated in the perfect spot...located in a quiet neighborhood nestled near other beautiful homes. A short walk brings you to Clam Pass beach. There are numerous stores and restaurants also within walking distance. The villa was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed many hours lounging in the backyard pool. Such a lovely place to stay!”

“Lugnt och väldigt trevligt område. Kort resa med bil till både Naples och Marco Island. Bra utrustat kök och fyra grillar vid poolen gjorde lätt att laga egen mat. Sängarna i var dock väldigt hårda precis som kuddarna. I övrigt nyrenoverat och fräscht. Riktigt bra och välskött poolområde”
