Great customer service, but it was noisy as hell and the beds were hard. Our first room had cars revving their engines outside all night and people stomping up and down the sidewalk talking loudly. We were moved to an upstairs room on the other side of the building, and that fixed the noise issue but then the AC unit was rattling all night long. If you stay here, bring a white noise machine or a good pair of earplugs.

The staff was warm and welcoming and ready to assist us when we arrived. The breakfast was nice. There was a variety of choices and it was maintained and clean. The room was clean and nice.

The room I stayed in on this visit had several problems, e.g., tv, refrigerator, microwave did not work initially (was fixed next day) and toilet required attention to flush properly. Other stays at this property have not had these problems.

people should know that this is a drive up motel with two stories and access to room is outside. and there is NO elevator! Room was clean and location is good but hotel on the outside is VERY dated and needs TLC badly.

Really great check-in (thank you Noor). Nice updated, clean property with ample parking just off I65. Plenty of dining options in the i.mediate area and relatively easy drive to the Franklin/Carter House battlefield. Do the tour - very informative. Ice Machins and laundry machines on site. Pretty nice breakfast with many options from pancakes to yogurt & cereal. Plenty of great coffee shops also. Ask for a room away from the road crews/construction crews - apparently the work keeps them up talking and smoking on the balconeies at night. One of the better places to stay in the area for the money. We'd go back next time through.

The staff are pleasant and courteous. It’s a great and convenient location too. But the best part about it is the continental breakfast! This is our second time to this hotel. And we will book it again when we come to Franklin.

If staying at this property be sure to latch the door and put the privacy sign out. 1st housekeeper knocked at 7:30 am and we forgot to latch it back. The 2nd one came at 9 and just walked in the door with no knock.

The room was ok, but looked a bit run down. I asked for a wake-up call and the person said that wasn't possible. It is a very large motel and a LOT of people are coming and going, so it was a bit noisy until about 11:30pm.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It looked like the room had been renovated because it had a modern feel. The shower was a stall which I feel more comfortable using than one with a tub. Nice hot breakfast with plenty of choices.

The room was not clean at all! Hair and dirt o. The sink and shower. Sticky substances on the bedside table and desk. The bathroom floor was disgusting. The only thing clean was the linens, so I was grateful for that.

Large gap at the bottom of my door resulted in me being able to hear everything outside. A construction crew were hanging out grilling at 1am down the walkway from me so I could hear their whole conversations unless my tv was on full blast. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep very well here. Parking lot was tough to drive through with the speed bumps and potholes. Lobby is not connected to the rooms at all so you will have to trek across the parking lot to a separate building. Breakfast was lackluster. Will definitely find another hotel if I come back to Franklin for a visit. This place is definitely not worth what we paid.
