The best hotel staff i meet.
I had a great stay at the perfect located hotel Fairline. The staff and also the hotel director treated me as good as possible. I will recomend this hotel and i will also come back for sure.

We felt the valet staff wasn’t up to par with other hotels I stay with. They never helped open or close doors or assist with loading luggage. They just hand me the keys and walk away. Also the housekeeping could not speak English. We asked for regular coffee but she left us with decaf only. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms perfect otherwise. Great location as well.

First Time at the Fairlane. Great experience! Love the vibe, the location, the comfort of our King Room. Situated a bit from Broadway meant a QUIET and Restful night’s sleep.

Upon checking in, we were given a room that had a sticky bathroom floor, dirty carpet and air conditioning that did not work. They promptly changed us to another room... but it was smaller!

I’ve stayed at 9.0 Nashville’s hotel rooms in the past that looked like they’d seen a few parties. Not the case here. Very clean. Liked the frosted window that divided the shower from living area. Understated interior was tastefully done. And priced right.

Stuff like the body wash bone dry, when you pay over $300 a night you should not have to ask for the body wash container to be filled. The shower also had mold on the door and the grout in the floor tile. No good place to park, the small there is will cost you over $58 a day. The place was clean for the most part, very nice decorations and well maintained. The staff was okay, nice people but lacked customer service skills. When. Checking out they did not even ask me how our stay was. Also when checking in we had to wait for 20 minutes while the front desk was helping people find a place to eat while the people who need to check in just stood and waited.

The hotel was beautiful. I was upgraded to a bigger suite when I arrived. I had issues finding the entrance to valet and called the front desk, Lauren answered and directed me to entrance. She also had a valet driver come out to assist me as I pulled up. He was very polite and accommodating. The stay was wonderful. Lauren was very friendly at check in and warm. Made me feel good as I had come for a funeral. I spent most of my time in my room but the sights from my room was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. The room was spotless and nothing near dated. Loved my whole experience. Everything is in walking distance. Among check out Alexis assisted me and she was also very polite and helpful. The valet young man already remembered me and my car had it already waiting as I walked down. Thank you all so much. Will return when visiting.

We loved our stay at the Fairlane Hotel! It started with Alexus's great smile, cheerfulness, and willingness to assist with all of our needs; and ended with a nice hot shower, and great view. Everything was within walking distance and the staff were so friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairlane Hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful! I was impressed by the texts I received before our arrival checking to see if we needed anything. So kind! The rooms were perfect! A short, safe, walk to everything we needed including Broadway!

My stay at the Fairlane was a very enjoyable experience. The property is located in a great spot. Very near to all the major attractions that Nashville has to offer. The staff were super friendly and always prepared to go over and above to help you out.

The hotel is modern, clean, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The only thing I’m not happy about is the “valet” service. We were charged $60 PER NIGHT, and our car was NEVER MOVED from the spot we pulled into right outside the hotel! It sat there 3 nights. I feel this is excessive .

The front desk people were rude. I arrived at 2pm to hopefuly try to check on early. Was told room wasnt ready and they would text me. So I left amd came back to be told room was not ready. Official check in according to their website is 3pm. So I sat in lobby then watch the front desk give out keys to two separate guest. When I inquired I was told they had special rooms. The from desk lady was rude in her tone. I would not stay here again and support this hotel.

We’ve been to Nashville several times but this is our first time to stay here. We loved the location - close enough to walk anywhere but away from the crazy crowds. Our room was very spacious, extremely clean, and beds were comfy. Will definitely stay here again
