“This property was a real find! It's location on the beach couldn't have been more perfect for my little grandchild. The sea was mostly calm - so he loved "swimming" and happily playing for hours. The parents of the said child were happy because it was all very easy. Laundry facilities were great, there was plenty of dishware/glasses for our group of seven, and plenty of advice from our great host about nearby grocery stores. “We had a great time staying at this condo and would highly recommend. The location is perfect -- direct beach access. It was only a 10 mins walk to Atlantis/restaurants. The condo itself is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, towels, and boogie board were nice to have. Just note that you will need to climb 3 flights of stairs since it is on the 3rd floor. And the water pressure was very low when we stayed there but the management said they're working on it. “This lovely apartment is recently renovated with all the necessary kitchen equipment to have this be your home away from home. We prepared many meals here also using the brand new bbq. “This beautiful home, veranda with private pool and ocean at our doorstep made for the most amazing family vacation. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The grocery store and many restaurants were within walking distance. The Jitney or bus was very easy to use and readily available. At $1.25, it was a cost effective way to get around Nassau. Taxis were everywhere and very eager to transport. We are very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.”

“This place was amazing! It was clean and quiet. Kids loved all of the “secret hideouts” (suitcase closets). The backyard was beautiful. If you are going be prepared that everything is white, so maybe don’t pack Nutella for your kids. We had groceries delivered via instagopher and it was quick and easy. If you want access to the club (bar, pool, beach chairs) you’ll have to pay $20 a day for 3 consecutive days for each person in your group over 5 years old. It’s worth it for the access to the...

“We came to the Bahamas for a family wedding. Sunrise Villa was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, had everything we needed. All the people we meet were very friendly, informative and polite. It was next to the pool and a little walk down to the beach. The restaurant Viola's prices were very reasonable, but their service was a little slow. Our stay was very enjoyable and would recommend them, and stay there again. There is nothing bad I can say about this place.”

We thought the location was perfect - short walk to Atlantis and Marina Village but it was lovely to not have to fight the crowds at the pools and the beach. “Our 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath, with full kitchen was everything we needed. The unit was literally 10 steps from the pool and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The restaurant and bar on site was convenient and the location of the property was within walking distiance to all the Paridise Island attractions. An 1 hour walk or 10 minute cab ride got you to downtown Nassau. We would definitely stay here again.”

“High end, quiet, good service. I just wish more of the hotel employees were friendlier. Mostly they were polite but did not make one feel welcomed. One of the wonderful exceptions was Rita, who was always friendly and welcoming with a smile.”
