Very good: Location if you want to be near Time Sqare and other things in Midtown Near the bus to Newark Bed (medium soft to soft) Bedlinen and pillows Products in the bathroom (shampoo etc) Poor: Noice from outside (windows very un-isolated) Old textile mat in the room Very poor: The heating/cooling was VERY loud, also hard to manage especially turning off

Bad experience
Hotel Said because of the Covid No cleaning of the room, No New linen’s only new towels that they put just inside the door but didn’t bring the olds one with them told me to drop it outside my door in the corridor. Not good at all choose another hotel this wasn’t good at all.

While the property itself could use a freshen up, the staff go the extra distance in providing a terrific experience. I had a hiccup while checking in and the staff went out of their way to make sure the rest of my stay was great. The suite had a smaller bathroom than expected but very spacious sitting and working area, which I wanted. Overall a great experience and I would stay there again.

The hotel was located in a great location on 45th St W between 5th and 6th. The check in was quick and seamless, and so was the check out. I loved that you could check your bags at the front desk on arrival and departure to allow for more sight seeing. Our room was on the 7th floor and was located in a quiet location. You could not hear any street or hallway noise which was a plus for me. Would definitely stay there again.

Although well situated in the Times Square area, this is a pleasant boutique hotel, but the rooms are small, the beds are not queen but doubles, and there is no breakfast. Nice for a short stay, and the front desk people were nice and efficient.

Great staff, clean rooms, nice hot water, comfy beds. Walkable to subway and Time Square. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great bar in their lounge area with happy hour 4-6, awesome bartender. We felt safe, pretty quiet except trash pickup time. Will stay again.

The room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. Especially liked that there were large sized body lotion and shampoo. Large lounge in the main lobby with great bar. Het hotel is om de hoek van de metros bryant park/42nd, 5th av, 47-50 rockerfeller. Times Square is 2 blokken lopen (8min). 5 av is aan het eind van de straat. Veel eetgelegenheden en winkels in de omgeving. De Newark airport express stopt voor Bryant Park dus ideaal als je op Newark vliegt. Personeel checkte ons snel in via de self-checkin. Kamer was prima te doen voor twee personen, creatief zijn met hoe je de koffers plaatst. Alles is er wat je nodig hebt. Douche heeft een zeer goede druk. Wc spoelt extreem krachtig door (ook als de buren doorspoelen hoor je dit). Bed is goed. Er is geen ontbijt aanwezig in het hotel. Na uitchecken kun je gratis je koffer achterlaten. Beneden kun je in de lounge gratis koffie,thee water halen. Prima geregeld allemaal!

The property is located right in the heart of the Theatre district with Broadway right on the doorstep. The Hotel is set just off the extremely busy Broadway and makes it idea for those wanting a central location without all the noise! The staff were lovely and very helpful, but some of the areas and facilities within the hotel are quite dated and a bit shabby.

It was our first time in NYC and i couldnt have asked for a better trip. Club quarters times square staff are amazing, helpful, friendly. We felt like we were staying with friends, they are quick to help with questions, and so so so nice. This hotel has the perfect location, 3 min walk to the heart of times square. Great local bars with awesome food near by. Shopping on 5th was also a 3 min walk but in the other direction. Felt safe the whole time. We landed at about 10 am friday morning and took the AirTran then the subway from JFK to our hotel, our room wasnt ready yet but they kept our luggage while we started touring NYC. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you CQ!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room felt a little smaller than it looked in the pictures but it was a comfortable and clean room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect it’s about a 10min walk to several places. Like grand central station, time square, Rockefeller center, Central Park, Bryant park. We booked one of the tour buses and only got on once since we could just walk everywhere. 5th Avenue right around the corner for shopping.
