Ojämn std på rum, blev bra efter byte. Frukostutbud var ok, men alldeles för få sittplatser den veckan vi var där. Städningen får godkänt.

Ett väldigt trevligt hotell. Personalen hjälpsamma. Städning som man bokade dagen innan var bra. Väldigt bra frukost med varierad varm mat. Ligger bra med närhet till mycke.

Helt ok
Det mesta var bra men det fanns småsaker att störa sig på, som att luftkonditioneringen levde sitt egna liv, Wi-Fi var stundtals kasst. Vissa tider var det väldigt svårt att få tag på hissen. Men rummet var stort och personalen helt enastående.

Snabb in- och utcheckning. Rummet var mindre än förväntat av bilderna. Dåligt tryck i duschen. Då det var kökshörna hade vi önskat exempelvis en disktrasa och diskborste. Endast diskmaskin. Sällan att samtliga 3 hissar funkade samtidigt (= trapporna ner och vänta på hiss upp). Frukosten lämnade mer att önska, varierande utbud av ojämn kvalitet. Positivt dock att det gick att ta med upp till rummet. Gångavstånd till Times Square, Penn Station, Port Authority, Madison Square Garden, Empire State Building, m.m.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Bathroom fixtures, tub drain was broken and gross looking. The tub area was in disrepair. The fire alarm kept going off in the adjacent room and causing ours to buzz loudly at random times through the night. Bed was hard and hurt our backs. Breakfast area was nice, but the food was horrible.

Die Lage war perfekt um alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die subway ist auch um die Ecke(pennstation). Wir hatten Raum 2112. Alles war sauber und ruhig mit Blick auf das Edge.

Hôtel bien situé, près de Penn Station, facile pour arriver de JFK en train LIRR et pour se déplacer en metro par la suite. Propre et personnel disponible. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux meme si en effet pas toujours facile de trouver de la place pour 5 le matin. Lit d'appoint pour la cinquième personne convient pour un enfant mais peu confortable pour un adulte.

The hotel was nice. Breakfast was good and had a variety and changed it up each day. Housekeeping attention to the kitchen was lacking. The block the hotel is on is dirty and lined with homeless drunk/high people. No matter which direction you come from you have to walk by them.

The hotel was clean and inviting. This area always has so many people living on the street (so sad), although not the fault of the hotel. Check in is at 4pm and not a minute sooner, I totally get this but would suggest that they stagger the check ins, as there were so many people waiting in the lobby for their rooms. The provided breakfast was quite good, staff was efficient and pleasant.

The property is nice, modern, and clean, rooms are quiet and comfy. The area is located in close proximity to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions. It comes with the disadvantage of seeing homeless people not far from its entrance, but I suppose it's typical for New York. The people are neither noisy nor aggressive, but you will definitely see them. Speaking about breakfast, it's better than in many other hotels I have visited. If you stay for 4 days, you will notice a lack of variations, which is also typical. The WiFi is decent. What I liked about the hotel is that they have a baggage room. So, if you want to do some sightseeing without bags before your check-in or after your check-out, it's an easy thing to do with Homewood, and I was grateful to them for that.

The room was clean and fit the 5 of us comfortably. It’s noisy but it’s also NYC so it was expected. The food options were limited and the elevator takes forever and was always crowded. Also, there was a homeless person sleeping on the floor outside of our room.

We loved the room, especially the wood floors. Lobby area and 24 hour coffee were also really nice. The only issue was waiting for the elevators. There are only three, and even though we only needed to take it one floor (we had a stroller), we had to wait several minutes, sometimes longer, each time.

We didn't like the breakfast at all, poor choice, low quality, always the same. Some products were inedible such as the turkey bacon, or the mini burgers... the sweet part was practically absent, the savory part was not received... the coffee was terrible. Little choice of fruit. We often saw customers going to buy coffee from Starbucks to consume it in the hotel. Few seats for the number of rooms. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Time Square, 5 minutes from Medison Square Garden and 20 minutes from the Empire. However the street where the hotel is located is very neglected and dirty. We happened to see some stragglers doing heroin by shooting themselves in the legs in broad daylight, in front of the hotel. Overall it doesn't deserve the price we paid.
