I'm truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience at the hotel. It's incredibly frustrating when the reality falls short of expectations, especially when it affects the enjoyment of your family's trip. Issues like the smell of smoke in non-smoking areas are serious concerns, and also, concerning that the staff didn't address the issue appropriately or provide satisfactory assistance.
