Splendid service and great location
The staff were really nice and helpful during our stay which made it more pleasant to live there. Especially one of the receptionists named Peter who was a delight when it came to service. Also the location was great, close to multiple subways and within walking distance of a lot.

Stora rum och utmärkt läge
Andas förvånar på flera sätt. Stora rum, särskilt för att vara NYC. Utmärkt service, med särskilt plus för gratis kaffe, te och kakor i lobbyn. Och ett överraskande bra läge, åtminstone om man inte har trängsel med turister i midtown som mål med resan. Utnyttja istället utmärkta förbindelser med tunnelbanan, eller ännu hellre NYC ferries från Pier 11 som snabbt transporterar till olika delar av Manhattan eller Brooklyn.

Väldigt nöjd gäst.
Ett av de bästa hotellen jag bott på. Mitt rum var väldigt rymligt och fräscht. Snabb och smidig in- och utcheckning, servicen var väldigt bra och hotellet var rent och fint. Jag rekomender helt klart det här hotellet om man vill bo i Financial District.

Das Hyatt war früher das Andaz Wallstreet. Wir haben dort schon oft übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind riesig und modern. Teilweise toller Ausblick in die Straßen (allerdings keine Fernsicht, da die umliegenden Gebäude ebenso hoch sind). Im Unterschied zu früher gibt es allerdings keine freien Getränke und man kann auch keine im Hotel erwerben (also Flaschen, es gibt auch keine Snacks). Ein Automat oder ein Verkaufsregal wäre also schön. Der Service an der Rezeption ist recht kühl. Das kennen wir aus Amerika anders. Aber das Hotel ist ansonsten super gelegen und komfortabel. Tolle Betten.

Folks were very accommodating at her Hyatt Centric. Very helpful too. The walls are thin however and we could hear everything on both sides of our room.

Dated, dirty, unpleasant and rude staff! We didn’t even make it past the lobby! I made a reservation at the JFK Marriott. The restaurant was closed and under construction. This place needs a major upgrade! In the process of receiving a refund! This NOT a 4.5 star hotel. It’s not even a 3 star. I asked Expedia if someone was paying them off to rank this as a 4.5 star hotel? JUST SHAMEFUL!

Everything was wonderful with the exception of the bed. It was more or less college dorm room futon at best. Great linens but the bed was very uncomfortable. Very disappointing given the rest of the room was 5 star.

When my family got into the room, 701, we heard an incessant noise from the hvac, so we made a complaint twice and finally moved to suite because all other room was fully booked. Important to mention they had earplugs on the bedside table; they most likely knew about the problem. The suite that we moved to, 1502, was too hot so we asked them to fix the room temperature while we were out, since the thermostat didnt seem to be working. When we got back, we realized they add cooled the room by opening the window, not by turning on the thermostat. First of all, it was not safe to open the window on 15th floors. They also did not explain why they hadnt fixed the thermostat yet. If youre gonna be a hotel, be a hotel properly. Second of all, the staff except manager were rude. They were extremely apathetic, and seemed very annoyed with us. Thankfully I only booked 2 nights. Definitely dont recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, and is in a great location. They do all of the big things well. It's the little things that I think they could improve on. Three small examples: The room was uncomfortably warm, and there was no way to adjust the temp. The sheets were rough and not comfortable. There was not a coffee maker in the room. If those 3 things were better, it would have been a top rating from me.
