Do not book this hotel!
We were staying for one night, it turns out that we were living above a nightclub and couldn’t sleep at all. We were really disappointed with this hotel.

Så mysigt hotell med retroinspirerad inredning! Mycket bra personal. God frukost, hela vistelsen kändes lyxig. Bra läge. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Underbart hotell - men som tyvärr tappat lite...
Vi är svenska, återkommande gäster på Roxy Hotel, bodde senast i feb -20 innan pandemin slog till. Hotellet har haft en fantastisk service och hög klass, denna gång blev vi (trots förståelse för pandemins effekter) något besvikna. Inga doormens (som verkligen varit ansiktet utåt för första intrycket av hotellet och bemött gäster med världsklass!), inte heller samma tillmötesgående av portiers. Vi saknade en uppsättning handdukar och morgonrock på rummet vid ankomst som inte dök upp efter påpekande. För snart 2 år sedan tror jag detta hade lösts på en gång. Vi hade reserverat brunchen i Roxy Bar på lördagen, främst pga. livemusiken. Hade vi vetat att det varit en sologitarrist som spelade soft musik hade vi valt ett annat ställe för brunch. Vi var inställda på ett band och en lite mer festligare stämning (som vi uppfattat att det varit förr). Det var också privata events för en hel kväll och blev avvisade från att ens vistas i baren, vilket så klart är tråkigt när en stor anledning att man väljer hotellet för livemusiken och loungedelen.. Django levererade med allt som vanligt!!! Dock bokning via opentable som vilken gäst som helst. Överlag annars; Städningen var kanon, rummet ljuvligt - vi unnade oss en one bedroom suite som hade allt man behövde. Badrumsskåpet var dock trasigt vilket drog ner intrycket i badrummet. Jag kommer vilja återvända till Roxy pga. livemusiken - men i dagsläget är det inte värt priset kontra förut. Hoppas Roxy kan återgå till världsklass! =)

Great NYC vibe walking into the hotel. The recreation / lounge on the main floor is very comfortable with room to move. The main floor bar sits at the back in a closed off room, separating the bar from the rest. Live jazz at night goes towards midnight and all room doors open into the courtyard so the music can be enjoyed throughout the property. Limited but very filing breakfast offered for those running off to meetings or events early.

Loved this place. Even when the music is blasting in the atrium, there's a clever white noise system in each room to muffle the sound! Staff was above & beyond... when I explained I had scheduled a zoom meeting right at checkout time, they were wonderful about accommodating that. And of course the surrounding area is the best. Would stay at the Roxy again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is great. The food is great with great options. The staff is excellent especially Zillah will help to make your stay perfect. Close to other eating areas and public transportation. The music they play here is phenomenal. Will definitely stay again.

Roxy was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. Ending up dining there as the restaurant was really good and there was a live band. Room was nice and clean. You would never know that you are in the heart of everything, based on how quiet the rooms can be.

Rooms are too dark because they are hung up on the “retro” vibe. No USB jacks for phone charging. Shower was incredible, beds comfy. Restaurant and bar: food awesome and delicious, service deplorable.

My stay was lovely. The room was comfortable, clean and appointed in the same fun vibe as the rest of the hotel. The music is definitely loud though, so don't expect to get to bed early. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be returning.
