The Hotel was maybe fine 10 years ago, now it feels old and need to be upgraded. We booked a long before we were visiting New York (5 months). In the booking we asked for a quiet room far up the building (we booked a room with city view). We got a room on the first floor and the window is transparent (there is no mirror glass) so people on the street can look into the room. It is also not possible to sleep without earplugs due to traffic and noise from the street. We booked a suite but got an apartment room with kitchen. Of course we complained the first thing we did and asked for a new room. We could not get a new room due to construction work in the hotel. I'm often in New York because of business but then staying at The Standard or W New York (Union Square), these hotels are cheaper and much fresher. The reason I tried this hotel was due to I wanted to trying a new area. However, I will never stay at Trump International hotel & Tower again and I would not recommend for anybody.

The host at the front desk who checked me in was a bit rude by saying you checking in early and also want a late check out not asking much. Which I did not reply as been travelling since 2am in the morning which I did mention and was not kind enough to offer an upgrade. As I have booked over 4 times in the last month

My stay at Trump International Hotel in Central Park was absolutely excellent and exceeded all expectations. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail in maintaining such high standards throughout the property. The facilities provided at the hotel were truly amazing. From the luxurious rooms to the state-of-the-art amenities, every aspect of the hotel contributed to a truly memorable experience. What truly set Trump International apart, however, was the outstanding staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met promptly and with a smile. The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering stunning views of Central Park and convenient access to all that New York City has to offer. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay, adding to the overall peace of mind. If I were to return to New York City, there is no doubt in my mind that I would choose to stay at Trump International again. It has set the bar exceptionally high, and I cannot imagine staying at any other hotel in the city. Highly recommended.

I was expecting a hotel lobby with cafe and shops ect, did not realise there are 2 trump towers close to one another….. it was a wonder stay and the service was excellent.

Incredible Hotel for my daughters first trip to NYC. The King Executive Suite is remarkable, Central Park views stunning, staff is very helpful and attentive to our every need. 5 Stars all the way.

The only place to stay in NYC!
Never stayed better hotel than this in NYC - actually it wasn't hotel, it was more like home. I LOVED this place and I am looking for a job to afford staying here in the future. Recommend strongly.
