In need for a warm bed in a nice area...
The Hotel is a few minutes walk from the closest subway station in an area that has been growing over the last years with a number of restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. I made a really late night reservation, like 11pm, and walked in 30 minutes later without any problems. Checkin was quick with friendly staff. I picked a the lowest price so I was placed thereafter, the room closest to the gym on 2:nd floor. In this case, pretty of for me since I wanted to use the gym next morning :) But I don't think the hotel was that used at this time, they could have put me in a room a bit higher which probably would have a nicer view out from the windows.. But, I just needed a warm bed for the night :) For the price I paid, it was worth it. But there is a tough competition with 3-4 hotels located really close..

I had a breathtaking view of Manhattan at night from the balcony. Room was decent, when taking a shower the floor will be flooded though. Private Parking was a plus. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay...

We loved the roof top patio at the hotel. Had absolutely beautiful views of Manhattan. Would definitely stay there again. Also close to subway.

The bed linens, pillows and towels were dingy and old looking. They were clean though. The hotel was dated and for the price it was ok. The staff were friendly and the best part of the stay.

Quick and easy check in and check out. The staff who checked me in and out were amazing. Very fast, friendly and great at their jobs. Would stay here again due to the room being very cozy and exactly as the pictures describe.

They charged me of “food” worth $29 which I rightfully inform the receptionist that we never consumed as such yet they still deducted from the incidental/security deposit upon check-in.

I like this place, come here every 6 months when i need to be in NY. It has everything i need, gym, terrace, room with a great city view, big windows, a desk, fridge on demand, plus it's close to different subways so easy to reach the city. The only downside is the bathroom faucet, i find it hard to use for hot water and very weird, haven't seen one like this anywhere else and i travel alot but no place is perfect so i was able to overcome this aspect. Front desk people are friendly and always nice to me, quick check in and check out, very responsive to any problem or request. Overall is a good hotel, for NY standards(i'm an ex NY resident) i find it more than good but i can't say excellent because it still needs some upgrades. I hope they will invest some money on modernizing the shower, another weird ancient system, and changing those faucets that splash all the water on you while brushing your teeth :). Thank you guys for a great stay, be back in 6months :).

This hotel is a hidden gem! Modern and clean rooms, and we somehow lucked out with a 9th floor room (908) with the MOST amazing view of Manhattan… it was incredible. Staff was fantastic and friendly, parking was available in the garage, and we were pleased with the location and places in walking distance. We enjoyed the rooftop bar (even in winter), and though we didn’t eat at the on site restaurant it was a nice perk. Value wise, this was the best place I have stayed at in so far in Long Island City. We would definitely come back.

Never again!
Awful experience. Firstly, the hotel doesn't look nothing like the pictures. I paid $420 for 3 nights and didn't have heat for 2 of those nights. I had a "do not disturb sign on my door and the maintenance man had a key and tried to walk in and my daughter wasn't dressed. Didn't get any apologies just excuses. I talked to the manager and he said all he could do is give me a $50 credit, then had the nerve to state they'll give me a discounted rate to stay there again(hilarious). I hope none of you have issues at this hotel because they will not be fair and give you what you deserve. I will never deal with this hotel and will make sure none of my family and friends either.
