Bra och prisvärt.
Ett bra, rent hotell med bra läge med närhet till Manhattan. 5 min till tunnelbana Linje F. Rummen bra. Frukosten kunde vara mer varierande dock. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal.

Breakfast wasn’t really breakdfast, more just bagel and coffe.. no egg or other “hot” food.

Thank you for your review! Sorry you did not enjoy the breakfast. We serve complimentary continental breakfast, which indeed is not a hot breakfast. It consists of bagels, muffins, yogurts and fruits. We hope to have the opportunity to accommodate you again in the future!

Mycket bra
nice hotel!, close to the subway and Manhattan excellent room condition, very poor breakfast only bagels and cream cheese , many thanks particularly to Bella for her excellent care and concern, the asian guy wasn't friendly at all. We enjoyed our stay.

We do also have yogurts, fruits and different spreads for the bagels, as well as juices, coffee and tea. I will speak with my team regarding adding more options for breakfast. Det var ofta inget varmvatten i duschen. Städning var tredje dag o det var man tvungen att boka, annars uteblev den. Dålig frukost, bagel, yoghurt o muffins. Inte ens flingor eller glutenfritt alternativ. Bra läge med tunnelbanan till Manhattan.

What service?
A great place to stay, close to the subway and Manhattan. We were given a great room with spectacular view over Manhattan skyline. The breakfast was enough but with small possibilities of change and on a seven nights stay that gets kind of boring the last days. The biggest problem we encountered was the rule that the room was only cleaned every third day. So at least we expected the room to be cleaned and the bins to be emptied on day four. When that did not happen we complained at the reception and after they got our room number and promised a change, still nothing happened. So after a seven nights stay we left the hotel without having had our room cleaned even once, no change of bedsheets, towels or emptied bins.

The A/C in the room was so noisy that we had to turn it off for all of the 3 nights that we stayed there. We alerted the front desk twice about it. They just noted it down and never fixed it.

This property was an excellent alternative to the over priced Manhattan properties, and it was very convenient to get into Manhattan from this area. The staff was excellent as was the facility. I would stay there again. The area around the property could use some more gentrification, but I didn't feel unsafe.

Great stay! Too bad closing.
Our stay was great and the comfort of our room was good. Our views up on the 13th floor was amazing, but wish we had views to the harbour. Our mini fridge didnt work and we had to do without it. Pet friendly which was a plus. Unfortunately the hotel is closing down for the time being.

El trato del personal, muy amables inclusion nuestro check out fue temprano pero nuestras cosas las resguardaron hasta la noche para que podamos disfrutar del día sin cargarlas y descansar un rato en la sala para esperar nuestro vuelo nocturno. Cercano al metro unos 4 min caminando y buena ubicación

Please install a towel bar in the bathroom so we have somewhere to put wet towels other than a crumpled pile on the counter or floor. Also, for safety reasons, PLEASE put a grab bar in the shower! The shower floor can get quite slippery and I was very concerned for my 76-year-old father's safety, as well as my own. These are common-sense improvements that could be easily done.

The person in front desk was so friendly and helpful. Now the security was to extra every time we walked out he would ask are u guys checking out like hello if we was we would say so and all in the easy of us waking out but the hotel wass good I mean their a bar across the street so if you get a room infront facing the entrance we’re the train also past by it can get noisy in the weekend because the bar and also of course the train passing by but you can always request a room to the back . The place have microwave in the C level of the building and good vending machines their as well
