Ok hotell
Simbassängen är bra men alldeles för få platser med skugga. Hotellet ligger nära en fin strand men där kan man inte vara för att det finns ingen skugga där heller. Om man vill ligga på stranden så måste man nog boka ett av hotellen vid stranden. Personalen är bra men städ har dåliga rutiner. Det missades en hel del.

To much construction going on road in front of hotel not a lot to do had to go to other hotels … taxi were always diffrent prices..my bed had sand in it after they said they clean it

2nd time staying at the Mill Resort. Our suite was fantastic, lots of room with full kitchen. Nice pool area for kids and adults. Lots of lounge chairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the fantastic breakfast buffet. It is obvious the staff care about the property and the guests.

The room was clean update and comfortable. It took quite a long time for the room to be ready. The staff was very nice and friendly. The beach area didn't have any umbrellas and only two huts. The only shade was under a tree.

Very friendly staff: cleaning crew, maintenance, servers. The cleaning crew doesn’t start until almost 10 which is great because u can sleep in and relax. There was a small issue with check in but the staff prompletely addressed it and offered something in return. Definitely would recommend this resort. Also very clean

The property was beautiful and convenient to walk to all the shops and restaurants on Palm Beach. It was very safe to walk at night throughout this area. The pool was large and the rooms were newly updated. However, the property should have been more clearer that The Mill and Courtyard Marriot share the same property. Additionally, it took over 15 minutes to check out because no one was at The Mill check-in/out desk and we couldn't check out at the Courtyard desk. Although, they have a shuttle to a small part of the beach, the beach section dedicated to The Mill was small and very rocky. I recommend patrons walk further into Palm beach for better sections, although you wouldn't have a palapa.

The Mill has a great pool and breakfast buffet, and no matter where you stay on property, you're nearby both. Rooms are clean and no frills. Transportation to beach is frequent. The walk to restaurants and shopping takes about 10 minutes. I stayed with my husband and 7yo and we'd stay again. Not a luxury high rise, but an affordable stay on the edge of the action.

Very welcoming and very clean. Shara, paorna were very nice and addressed all our concerns restaurant staff was excellent. Edwin was very nice and attentive. Derrick at pool bar. Was friendly but too talkative and talked about himself ALOT. He kept telling us he loves to drink.

The Mill resort- AKA (Marriott Court Yard)It was nice for a short stay..Very clean- Very nice pool area- very inviting.. pretty at night- I prefer on beach but again for a quick booking , perfect .. If with kids not a good idea -Great for adults if looking for more private ,not so congested stay.. walk was not bad into town maybe once or twice but a $7.00 cab ride was worth it the rest of the time. all and all great place to stay for a more affordable trip to Aruba

We enjoyed the welcome from the check-in crew/ataff. The premises was nice and cozy. What we did not like was the sound from connected bedrooms.

The only downside was that our room was not ready until after 5pm on check in day and when we got our room it was on the back side of the building which was under landscaping construction. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was a bit slow, and at times they could use additional hands to speed up service.

Our room was serviced twice over a 6 day period and it was done at very odd hours. We waited to get into our room 9:30 at night after having the room service sign on the door all day long.

I have been to Aruba 9 times and this is the worst experience I’ve had at a resort. I will not be booking with them again. I booked a room with a kitchenette, and when arriving at the resort, they put me in a room without one without notifying me of any change. I brought it to the front desk staff’s attention, and they offered me no compensation, except for free breakfast, which was already free for all people booking with them. Ridiculous. The manager said they would see if they could switch my room later in my trip and then never followed up with me so that was a false promise. On top of this, there is a nightclub directly next to the resort that plays music, extremely loud until 3 AM in the morning. This resort does not have soundproofed doors or walls so this music was extremely disruptive when trying to sleep. One night I had to complain to the front desk staff at 2 AM so they could call the cops. Overall, the resort was pretty, not super crowded, clean and the beach was a very short walk away. There was one staff member at the beach who would set up lounge chairs for you. There is construction going on directly behind their section of the beach so be prepared for noise when trying to relax in the sun. The staff at the resort was not as friendly compared to other resorts. I’ve stayed at, and the service was not great.
