“I had a great time there. It was by walking distance from the train station in a quiet area. The host welcoming me was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great. There were some noise from the other guests when they used their showers (I am guessing) which was a bit annoying, but probably normal for these older buildings. Overall a good stay and would recommend!”

“Our stay at Standing Stones was very relaxing. Although perched on the side of Divis mountain, it is not far to Belfast city centre. The room was warm, comfortable and clean. only thing we missed was a bar fridge to keep drinks cool which doesn't seem to be a thing in Irish hotels. The only real issue we found, and this may be the fault of the Expedia listing and not the property, we were not aware that the restaurant was not open on Sunday to Wednesday evenings unless you want to order pizza...

“Warm friendly welcome. Helpful staff Food was excellent we had breakfasts (wonderful choices) and a couple of evening meals. The quality was first class. Accommodation was spot on with daily cleaning and clean towels etc. Also a very communal friendly atmosphere in the bar day and night.”

“Was an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The staff was so friendly they noticed I had quite a bit of luggage and so they changed my room to the ground floor so it wouldn’t be quite so hard. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was amazingly friendly. My room was very comfortable and felt so homey. Easy walk to anything you might need, groceries, bar, convenient, store, shopping. Would stay here again without question. ”

“The hotel was a surprise. We had booked a quite expensive hotel, Adelphi in Portrush. When we saw the hotel from the outside, as well the entrance to the reception, our conclusion was that we had booked wrong hotel! But! We got a wonderful room, with comfortable beds. Yes, everything was perfect. Internet 16 Mbit down and 3 up. Then we visited the restaurant. The dishes were wonderful, really tasty. An outstanding chef!
