“The staff here is very accommodating. We wanted a room with a balcony and paid for one. We got to the room unpacked and headed to the balcony to find the door wouldn’t open. It was screwed shut. I called downstairs and was told that I should have been made aware of the issue and offered me another room with a balcony. I was happy they had another room but had to repack to unpack a second time. Also, I think the rugs in the hallways need to be replaced. There’s the same odor on several floors,...

“The hotel is located just in front of the beach, with public outdoor shower next to it. Super convenient. We payed for an ocean view room which was totally worth it. We stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed the sunrise every morning, from the balcony or at the beach. The room was fresh and clean. Service was offered every day. Every front desk staff we met was friendly and helpful. A hot breakfast was included in the price. Walking distance to several good seafood restaurants in the area....

“To stay was great. The hot tub was down. And the second floor had construction. But all in all it was a good visit. Whenever just finished being reconstructed I would even consider staying again. The people are great. They solved a problem for me or rather compensated me for the problem and tried to make the problem less of an issue. Thank you for my stay.”

“We stayed for just 1 night but they allowed us to check in early and the room was very clean. I was very pleased that when we opened the door to go in the room the ac was turned on and it was nice and cool and it smelled amazing. I will definitely book this hotel again when we return to St Augustine Beach. ”
