“The house was very well appointed and decorated very nicely. Everything that we needed was provided and in good working order. The Marina Sunsets name is a great fit as we spent each evening on the outside porch watching the boats come in and the sun go down. We plan to rent this house again on our next visit to St. Augustine. Loved it - Laurie & Duane”

“Location is in the country. Very quiet, beds are comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen very spacious. Would have loved to stay here for a longer visit. Was down for a wedding so really didn’t have much time in the location to do the cooking like normal. But was set up for the ability to cook for a group or from scratch. Plenty for kids and adults to stay busy and entertained.”

“The house was better than pictures. I have rented 35 plus VRBO properties. This was the best equipped property I have been in, also very clean. Had a couple small issues , gas grill empty but was resolved in 24 hours. Highly recommend this property”

“We had a great stay at the property. It was clean however some of the amenties like the ironing board and iron were old and broken. It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. Also you can hear the traffic but we were able to sleep without issues.”

“This house is the reason you choose vrbo over hotels. From the minute I booked it the owners were super friendly in their communication and made staying at their property easy and welcoming. Not only did it feel really clean, but the owners thought of so many ways to make the stay great for their guests. There were little snacks in jars, coffee and creamer, plenty of soap (not just the little hotel bottles, but large refillable ones so you can wash yourself properly), and they weren't stingy on...

“Property was nice and the pool was nice. It was very clean. It just didn’t have TVs or decoration or porch chairs. It was a just an apartment with two beds essentially. Also, didn’t have enough bathing towels. ”
