“The hotel was undergoing renovations so it was less than desirable but the staff member at the front desk that helped me out when I checked out in the morning more than made up for it. He was very courteous, helpful and went beyond my expectations. I live in Houston so I only went to this location because of the need due to the power outage but if I ever need a place to stay in town I’ll be going back just because of his service. ”
