“With the on time shuttle plus a substantial breakfast our trip ended magnificently by staying here. Every one of the staff we interacted with was helpful and kind plus the room was excellent; quiet, clean and comfy. Anyone needing respite in the Norfolk area can easily call this their hotel home. ”

“Breakfast at level 2 not worth the expensive money. Nothing much at the buffet, mainly stuff with a lot of sugar. No real cheese, no vegetables, no real bread just white and sweet. Brunch was okay but priced far too high. Grain Bar at level 5 was really nice with good views and a lot of sunshine. Also a very good selection of beers!”
