“It was a perfect house for our 5 families, including 7 adults and 3 grandchildren. Each family had its own sleeping area with own bathroom. We loved the pool. Mgmt was wonderful and helpful at every turn. Huge place, but so nice, and perfect for our 50th anniversary family gathering.”

“Well kept unit, perfect for two couples and our dog. Two king size beds with private bathrooms. A short block walk and you’re in beautiful downtown Santa Fe. Our first visit to New Mexico, we were extremely impressed.”

“Our group rented two units which gave us (11 guests) 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The upper unit was large enough for us all to hang out and eat together. Both units were incredibly clean and you can't beat the location! If you are reading this review, please note that this place is strict on the parking (one vehicle per visit) so plan ahead. Management identified parking for us. After we unload our group's 3rd car, we parked at Sandoval garage one night ($24 for $24 hours) and then at Sprouts...

“First, I have always been a “let’s just get a hotel” person after a few questionable rental experiences, but this fully changed my mind. Great communication from the host and seamless check-in. House was above and beyond expectations, with great local character and gorgeous art. Thoughtful details like easy instructions for everything in the house, cozy outdoor blankets for the chairs on the patio, and much needed coffee. Highly recommend for anything that brings you to the Albuquerque/Rio...

“Great location and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the fridge & ice maker. T.V. & fireplace were great & loved the big table for our games. Liked looking at the books. I couldn’t find the hair dryer and disappointed not to have coffee our first morning and had to go to the store to buy. Please have the key available for the back door lock just in case anyone would need to exit for emergency.”

“Away from busy town but within walking distance, just a hike up a hill. Areas that need attention are the leaking kitchen faucet and mold in bathroom near shower.”
