“I loved this apartment, perfect for 2 people and it had everything we needed: from air conditioning (which luckily we needed very little) to washing machine. It has a large terrace in front with chairs and a table where we had breakfast every morning. The trees provide shade from the morning sun so we could enjoy the terrace. There is also a patio on the back where we dried our swimsuits and towels. You can park your car right in front of the property. There's also a bakery and a market 2...

“Property is very nice and in a wonderful location in Karfas and Margarita is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the 2bd/1ba on the top floor. It was plenty roomy with a nice breeze, and the views were beautiful from all windows/patio. There are some beach toys for the kids to use, a nice shower to rinse of the salt and sand, and easy street parking a few steps away. Of the three locations we stayed while in Chios, this was the kids (6 & 8 yo) favorite.”

“3 gün için konakladığımız bu apart temiz ve düzenliydi . Ancak feribot ile ulaşımda merkeze yürüme mesafesi olarak oldukça uzak olabilir . Feribot iskelesinden araba kiralayarak ulaşımı sağlamak en ideal çözüm . Apart sessiz ve sakin bir sokakta bulunuyor . ”

“Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα! Ολοκαίνουργιο και πολύ άνετο, με αίσθηση σαν να είσαι σε δικό σου σπίτι. Ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες. Με φουλ εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα που δίνει τη δυνατότητα προετοιμασίας φαγητού. Με παροχή τροφίμων για προετοιμασία πλήρους πρωινού(από τον επισκέπτη)στο δωμάτιο, όποια ώρα επιθυμεί και τα τρόφιμα συμπληρώνονται καθημερινά. Όλα πεντακάθαρα, ανανέωση πολύ μαλακών πετσετών καθημερινά. Τηλεόραση, κλιματισμός, καλό πιστολάκι μαλλιών, πολλές πρίζες. Τα πάντα άψογα! Πάρα πολύ όμορφη...

“Everything was absolutely spectacular! Anne was very helpful through and through and so was the staff. We even had to check out early because of a mix-up (different situation) and she said the next time we visit breakfast is on the house! The only reason communication was not excellent was that we had difficulty contacting them because we didn't have an international plan and they did not have WhatsApp. That would be our only suggestion so we could contact them on Wifi. “Außerhalb der Saison sehr abgelegen. Nächstes Restsurant per Fußmarsch in 40 min zu erreichen. Netter telefonischer Kontakt aber niemand da zum ein- oder auschecken. Appartement unten - naja. Schlafzimmer oben toll mit Aussicht auf den Strand. Schade dass die Spühlung der Toilette, das Licht unten und das Warmwasser nicht funktionierten! Während der Saison mag das anders sein aber so gibts massiv Punktabzug !”

“Location was very nice. Finding it on google maps was a little challenging but we asked a neighbour and he showed us the door. Car needs to be parked nearby. Place was very clean, host was very nice. Breakfast was not included but host gave us a welcoming cake when we arrived. Only problem that we've had was the view and noise. There is a huge construction at the port (it is being rebuilt) and nowhere this was mentioned. Heavy construction is going on there right in front of you and work...
