“We loved this property. We had 5 adults and 2 kids, 7 and 10 years old. One of the adults and the 2 kids hung out at the house while 4 of us hiked many miles of the Ice Age Trail. The kids joined us for a few miles at the Dells of the Eau Claire and then went back to the property to play and hang out. We had a fire in the fire ring, played croquet, and ladder golf. The house was immaculate. Highly recommended!”

“This riverfront cabin was just right for our family of six. Modern rustic appeal and very well-furnished kitchen. There were plenty of comfy beds for our crew. Kids had fun using the kayaks and rowboat for many hours on the river. Two outdoor grills, screened porch, and bags game, all in a private secluded spot along the river. My only suggestion is to put some steps along the steep grade down to the river. It’s a bit slippery! All-in-all a wonderful four days spent in a peaceful, comfortable...

“We really enjoyed the cabin and would consider staying again as long as they add some different furniture. There needs to be a nice comfortable couch added. There is only one couch and a chair that is almost unusable and the couch is basically just for looks. We had 2 adults and 2 grown children there is definitely room for additional furniture. But the backyard right on the water is amazing and would be a wonderful place to visit in the summertime..And the tub was a huge hit with our boys.”

“The best hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions and helpful in everyway. The property has something for everyone. There are quiet areas to relax, nature areas to enjoy the wildlife and a large and comfy common area with a beautiful fireplace. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bedding and towels provided. I would highly recommend this property if you enjoy nature, a touch of history, and a cabin full of special touches to make you feel at home.”

“What a great location and beautiful cabin! Hosts were super accommodating. Gave wonderful recommendations for hiking and restaurants. We were given access to Kayaks and fire pits by the water, including the fire wood. We came as an anniversary getaway, bit there was a second room that would be great for family. Master bed was extremely comfortable and the bunks in the other room was well liked by our 11 year old and 15 year old children. Good internet (I had some work work to do). The space was a dream, immaculate and with everything you could need and so much space but the real draw was those lovely windows to the lake. We did have a few things stop working but the host was responsive and offered great solutions.”

“Check in progress was rough, there were two lock boxes on property (when I was only lef to believe there's one) and the lock box that was a actually connected to the cabin rented was not the lock box for the code given. The code given was for the lock box connected to the shed across from the main entrance to the cabin. “Stayed here to go to the Vikings/Packer game. Easy 30 minute drive to the stadium from the property. House is well stocked. The game room didn't have any heat, so it was kind of chilly. But Alex said he's installing heat in there later this winter. Easy check in and out. Overall, a good stay.”
