“This place was great! Even in the heat, we were able to take walks because the neighborhood is so nicely shaded. Also, the house itself has cute seating area outside all covered in shade. Just bring mosquito spray! Virginia was extremely helpful and kind and very easy going. Really enjoyed our stay here!”

“My friend came from out-of-state for a girls weekend in Austin and we stayed here. It was the perfect location for everything we did—what a fun neighborhood! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor space much due to all the rain, but maybe next time. Like others mentioned, the furniture was completely different than what the picture shows, but that was not an issue for us. We tried to do a load of laundry and there was such a foul odor coming...

“We loved our apartment, it was just the right amout of space for our family of 3. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed! The only thing I would add to the apartment we stayed is blackout curtains. The sun and noise from the east side was a bit annoying. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the river, we enjoyed it the most. ”

“Conveniently located to local attractions. Beds were comfortable. 4 stars because could use some basic conveniences for travelers. Missing furniture/dresser options in bedrooms so no place to place luggage or clothing other than downstairs. Small things like paper towels and washcloths would be nice additions. The sliding patio door was easily opened by slightly jiggling the door, even when locked. Several areas around door frames had black smudged fingerprints which make for a less clean...
