Went here in January for a girls spa weekend. This place was heaven on earth. You must do thermal experience and food at Le Tap was incredible! Such a beautiful spot and wonderful hospitality!!! Will definitely come back as soon as possible.

The dining options at the hotel were exceptional (’y husband is vegan), offering a wide variety of specialty drinks. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the suite provided a luxurious and comfortable stay. Additionally, the spa services and ambiance were top-tier, contributing to a truly relaxing experience. We will certainly be back❤️

J’aurais bien aimé donner une note parfaite. C’est tout de même un établissement Relais et Château. Service assez long pour le repas du soir, nous y étions avec 2 petits vers 19:30 et le dessert a du prendre plus de 40 minutes. On a du aviser pour pouvoir être servis et aller coucher les enfants. Des objets du précédent client étaient restés sous le lit. D’autres petits désagréments aussi qui de devraient pas arriver dans ce type d’établissement,

When I die, I want them to prop me up in an Adirondack chair with a gin and tonic on the lawn of the Manoir so that I can face the lake for all eternity. This is a beautiful small hotel with wonderful people.and great facilities in a beautiful part of Canada.

When we arrived, our room had been given away by error. Staff were extremely apologetic and immediately set about making amends for their mistake. Including getting us other accommodation and comping meals, the room and spa treatments. This was much appreciated although the comp accommodation did not have the same ambience and view that our originally booking had, was not walkable to the main lodge and did not make up for the inconvenience. Our second night we had our original.room. Everything else was excellent, the food, service and setting. This ai a place special and well worht the visit.

A very special place. We had a room on the third floor facing the woods. It was like being in a tree house, we loved it! The staff were incredible. Sitting on the lawn in the evening with cocktails looking at the lake was a treat. Highly recommended.

Elegant hotel in perfect location
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting, old-world elegance and luxury. The service is perhaps the most competent and helpful I've ever experienced, the rooms are charming, and the common areas are abundant and extremely nice. This is a perfect spot for a tranquil, luxurious vacation.

Lovely grounds. Staff most attentive. Terrace at Tap room offers lovely views and dining. We were a bit underwhelmed by the dining room at supper time. Lovely breakfasts there but would be lovelier on terrace at tap room. Lots of dining options nearby in North Hatley or Magog. Room service by staff is superior. Easy acces to water activities and pools Highly recommend

Beautiful old world charm, high end, exclusive, relaxing, serene lake and mountain views and great customer service. Only things to be aware about are that the location is a little remote, so you need a car and there are limited food options. Also this isn’t as kid friendly (some people complained about our kids being too loud when they were laughing in the pool). Overall, this was a wonderful stay and highly recommended it!

We come every year for the anniversary of our first date. We were given a wonderful guest house and treated like a king and queen. We have already reserved for next year :). The grounds are lovely and relaxing and the staff is wonderful.
