Loved this condo. Had great views of the ocean. Quieter area than where all the big hotels are. Was very clean and beds comfortable. The kitchen had all things necessary to cook if you didn't want to eat in restaurants, although there are several near by. There was great communication from the property managers. There was lots of snorkeling close by, as well as other points of interest to see. Would recommend to friends and family.

Absolute Paradise!!!!
This condo was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable, beach area and pool area were both clean and gorgeous. Kaibo right next door has wonderful food and drinks, somewhat limited menu, but everything we had was wonderful. Rum Point is also a short drive and also has delicious food & drinks! We loved and highly recommend the Sting Ray tour with Red Sails Catamaran - it was priceless!! Also, if you are there when they do the tour - take the tour of Bio Bay - that is truly a wonderful experience. There were absolutely NO mosquitos at all anywhere we went and only the occasional fly. We had a rental car and drove all around the island multiple times - such a beautiful place!!! Also highly recommend the breakfast buffet at Tukka East End on the weekend - WOW!!! As a small side note/recommendation for the condo: a small shelf in the main bathroom for shampoo, conditioner, etc. would be a very nice addition - wouldn't need to be huge, just someplace to put those items instead of the floor of the shower along with maybe a small foot ledge for the ladies to shave their legs....just a suggestion. Also, keyless entry would be a bit more convenient. Other than those MINOR items, I would not change a single thing. Loved our stay!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!

7-Up Condo
Had a wonderful 7 night stay! Outstanding view. Great location away from it all but with handy access to the Yacht Club, newly re-built Rum Point, etc. Nicely renovated and well stocked with linens. Outdoor lighting and dining table for 6 is great day or night. Note: 2nd Bedroom mattress is soft and water protective mattress cover is noisy. If you're a light sleeper, you may be bothered by the rooster that starts crowing at 4 am daily (at the latest). Well located for eating out, but if you plan to stay in and grill, consider a ground floor unit instead. There is nowhere to BBQ for the upper units. Note that you will hear the music from the Yacht Club right next door throughout the day and evening. They shut things down early though, around 9 or 10. FYI: If you arrive on a Sunday, all grocery stores will be closed, except Chisholms.

Immaculately Clean property
Property was VERY clean, bed linens and bath and beach towels were very nice and AMPLE supply. View from 2nd floor lanai was outstanding. Property is located on a bay, good for kayak and stand up paddle board (both provided). Access to corn hole game, (at coffee shop next door) which was fun. You can take a boat from dock next door for popular water tours plus ferry to Georgetown. Short walk to Starfish Point for snorkeling. Location is 40 minutes from Georgetown, but close to Rum Point restaurant. Walks every day were on the street, not a location for long walks on beach. Pool was good, lots of beach chairs on private beach for relaxing. If quiet relaxing is your thing this is a great place! We weren't sure if dishwasher was connected, I tried to reach out to property manager but no response. It wasn't a big problem, we had very few dishes so just washed by hand. I used the phone and email provided in their check-in email but no response. Now I wonder if I should have used the app and messaged that way so this may be on me! (But it wasn't a big problem-- so I didn't pursue it.).

Kaibo Stay
We were coming back for our Anniversary, Decided to try Vrbo. I did not realize how far out we were but, that turned out to be the best part of our stay. We were away from all the hustle in town. It was peaceful and the view was wonderful! there were a couple things that needed attention. but all in all it was a great stay.

The condo was very clean,comfortable and well furnished. The view from balcony is beautiful. The pool and beach was super relaxing. Coffee shop and restaurant in walking distance. Also enjoyed walking to starfish point and Rum Point. Very easy to catch boats for fishing trip, stingray city and water taxi to other side of island. Great place to stay to get away from crowds and traffic. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is our second time staying in this condo. It is well maintained and clean. The location is perfect for relaxation and the view from the condo is stunning. There is plenty to do in the area; Starfish Point and Rum Point are just a short distance away. We can't wait to visit again.

Fantastic stay
The condo is very clean, very tastefully appointed, and has everything you need for a long stay. We loved waking up to a gorgeous view of the bay and the serenity of the location. Grounds are very well maintained, has a nice clean pool and it is in a very safe neighborhood. Being on the quiet side of the island does mean fewer restaurants close by, with 7 mile and all it has to offer being around a 50 minute drive. Love the place, love the island, love the people.

Perfect
Everything about this place was perfect. It would have been nice to have sharp knives for cutting fruit and meat, and a drier that dried clothes, but otherwise, fluffy towels, ice maker, awesome screened-in balcony. And I don’t remember the picture that was advertised but I think there was a shot looking out of the back of the property, giving you the impression that 7-up was on the ground floor, but we were not on the ground floor. It might be helpful for people coming here to know who may have a hard time with stairs for whatever reason. I thought we would be able to just walk out the back door and onto the beach based off the pics but it wasn’t to be. And that’s ok for us because none of us have any physical limitations. Just a thought.

Quiet cove
This was the perfect getaway on the beach for us. Nice view from the large lanai, quiet water for kayaking or paddleboarding, and at the end of the day, a dip in the hot tub. We would stay again.

The condo is immaculate. All amenities were perfect.
The condo was amazing. The area was quiet we were able to kayak to starfish point for sunsets and ride bikes in the morning. Nice little coffee shop next door. White sands charters took us to swim with stingrays witch a short boat ride away. We walked to and from the boat and the marina next door. We will definitely be back.

Peace on the Beach
This was a great condo. Both bedrooms were spacious, and the neighborhood was upscale and safe. This location is a bit away from the 7 Mile area (45 min drive) where many restaurants are located and other things to do. However, we felt that the drive was worth it!

Quiet paradise
This special property is located away from all of the traffic chaos of Biden town and Georgetown. It’s a beautiful location with a very high-quality restaurant next-door. Bike riding or walking to nearby Starfish Point for snorkeling , beaching and fly fishing made the stay even more special.

First time in Cayman
My best friend and I stayed in 7up for the week to celebrate her 40th birthday. The condo was spotless and exactly as advertised. We had a small problem on day 1 and the response from the property manager was immediate and friendly. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and towels and linens were plentiful. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend 7up to anyone!

Nice, clean, well-appointed, quiet condo near Rum Point. Had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved by the property manager. The water in front of the condo is an active waterway (i.e., dock and fuel station) and it does have a lot of sea grass, so it wasn't great for snorkeling. However, there is good snorkeling not too far down the road. It's also a great place to launch the kayaks that are available to use. If you're looking for a quiet place away from the hustle of Georgetown and cruise passengers, this is the place for you.

We would do it again.
This is an excellent property. The location is great for a quiet get away. While it isn’t remote it is away from the congestion of 7 Mile Beach. The Kaibo Yacht Club offers some good food and even better desserts for the days that you don’t want to cook. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of space for my wife and me. The screened in porch was a go to location. The beach and pool were low key, just what we looking for. The one drawback is the water is not the bright blue green that you have at other beaches. If you know this and are willing to visit other beaches for the day it is not a big deal. Starfish Point is an easy walk and a great place to watch the sunset. Other points of interest that were within a 20 minute drive are Rum Point, Chisolm’s Groceries and the Blue Iguana Nature Reserve.

Great place!
The 7 Up condo was a great place to stay. Very close to the Kaibo Restaurant and Rum Point. We went on daily bike rides and kayaked to Starfish Point straight from the condo. Went deep sea fishing with Slackem in which they picked us up on the dock in the condo complex.

Summer Family Vacation
Highly recommend this property, fully stocked, plenty of linens and beach towels. Did not want for anything. Super clean! My only disappointment if I had to say one thing was the color of the water surrounding property and Rum Point area was more like lake water. Was totaling missing that aqua blue ocean water which you find on Seven Mile Beach. We did drive to other side for a day on beach! Definitely a much quieter side of island if that’s what you’re looking for!

Paradise on Earth!
We were so happy with our choice to stay at 7-Up! This was our first trip to Grand Cayman so we knew very little about the island going into our trip. After being there and exploring a bit, we were so happy that we had chosen this area (Cayman Kai) over the other options (East End, Bodden Town on the south side or the Seven Mile beach area). We really loved being "off the beaten path" at Kaibo! The view from the condo and on the beach directly in front of it was just amazing: so peaceful and serene! There was just enough activity with the Yacht Club/Kaibo Restaurant next door that we felt like we were a part of something yet no where near as much activity or as many people that you would find at one of the larger resorts on the island. Rum Point just up the street was a fun alternative for a beach day and we really enjoyed hanging out at Governor's Beach over at Seven Mile one day -- the waters there are the epitome of the perfect Caribbean turquoise blue that you see in all the travel brochures. Just gorgeous!! The condo was perfect as well: we had more than enough room for just the two of us and everything we needed was included with the rental. We highly recommend 7-Up!

Gorgeous Setting In The Palm Trees
Our group of four enjoyed this property. The location is very close to Rum Point and Starfish Point and steps away from restaurant. The water taxi service from Kaibo Yacht Club to Camana Bay makes it very easy to visit 7 Mike beach. We did rent a vehicle since we hD several planned trips around the Island. The unit we stayed in was well stocked, clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable and clean condo. Enjoyed the view from the screened lanai. Nice grounds and pool area. Very quiet residential part of the island. Not a lot of nearby restaurants so we did eat in a few nights. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to emails.

7 Up was pure perfection!
What an amazing condo! We loved it. My husband and I traveled the first week in December to Grand Cayman for our first time. Rum Point is the perfect getaway to really getaway from it all and immerse in the Caribbean. 7 Up had everything we needed and more. From the kayak and stand up paddle board (which we used almost daily!) and the fully stocked kitchen, there was nothing more to need! Our favorite part of the week was kayaking every morning or evening to Bio Bay and Starfish Point! So neat to be able to do that on your own time without a tour! The only thing I would change about the week was the temperature of the hot tub. We liked sitting in it at night, and it wasn’t warm enough, and actually quite cool. But that’s not a very valid complaint when you’re in paradise! The views from the condo are outstanding! It was quiet, well appointed, and overall the best vacation we have ever been on. We hope to be back, soon!!

Beautiful location + Condo Exactly as Advertised
My husband and I just returned from our babymoon in Grand Cayman, and the 7 Up condo was the perfect place to stay! The photos are exactly what the condo is like - well kept, comfortable, and stunning views. We were very comfortable - we cooked in as well as ate out, driving was easy, and we used the ammenities (beach chairs, kayaks, etc.). The location is secluded and private, and we spent so much time reading in the hammocks. We ventured to Rum Point, Starfish Point, we did the stingray + snorkel excursion through Red Sail Sports, we ate at Lighthouse and Blue by Eric Ripert. A great deal in an amazing location! Would highly recommend and stay again!

Spectacular Place
We have been to Grand Cayman about 10 times in the last 15 years, rented homes, stayed in time shares. This was by far the best location we have been too. Not only was the location perfect, but so was the accommodations. Our condo was clean, well appointed. It was large, comfortable and had everything we needed - even the little things you don't think you need! The view was amazing. It was like our own little piece of heaven each day. The Kaibo Yacht Club was conveniently next door and was marvelous. I would come here again and will very soon! Don't miss this one. It is worth the ride! 7 Mile Beach is overrated!

A wonderful place to stay with excellent features
This condo was fully equipped with anything you could need for an amazing beach vacation and the location was perfect. We loved staying on the quiet side of the island.

Great place.....
The condo was nice and clean with a beautiful view!! It was off season so it was very quiet and many amenities were closed until Nov.1st, wish we would have known that but we did have a car to get us around. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves all week. We took a few excursions so we got to see a lot of the island. Our favorite places to eat were Tukka, Lighthouse and Luca. The owner, Lynn was great to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vaxation!
My first thought...wow, that’s a long drive. My thought after entering 7up, this is sheer perfection. The condo is absolutely perfect. With ample living space, this condo is great..until you look out at the view, then it’s PERFECT. The view made every ounce os stress melt from our bodies. We used the bicycles, SUP and bicycles daily. Easy proximity to starfish point and Rum Point. The restaurant next door is delicious. Renting a car is essential as it’s pretty far away from everything but totally worth it. The water off the beach is not the crystal blue water of the Caribbean but a short kayak to starfish point or rum point and you are good. Rent 7up if you want to get away from it all and enjoy beautiful nature minus the crowds!

Wonderful Despite the Jellies
This condo was fantastic, and we were surprised at how comfortable we were during our stay. The view of the beach from the lanai was great, and we were easily able to walk out and set up camp every morning between 2 palm trees and a hammock. We loved the beach restaurant next door, and staff was amazing to us from day one. I think we went there everyday...even if it was just for a quick drink and to say Hi. The condo included 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, and 2 bikes, and we used all of them. We were able to kayak to Starfish Point, and also biked up to Rum Point. Our only down point was that with the recent heavy rains and a switch in the winds right before we got there, the jellyfish was a concern and all of us got stung on our first day. Therefore we were a little skittish about jumping into the sea water, but we still did cautiously. We watched several people who went snorkeling right off the beach all week so it might have just been that one day. The pool saved us, and we were still able to get our souvenir tans. We would definitely come back and stay at this condo again.

Great condo, but the property needs work
This condo was perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of space to spread out and call this place Home for a week. We loved the walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and the lanai was the perfect place for family meals. The condo has plenty of little extras that were greatly appreciated- the beach chairs, cooler, kayaks, and paddle board. We also found salt/pepper/sugar/tea/coffee/coffee filters in the cabinets. The property of Kaibo Yacht Club needs some work. The infinity pool does not look the pictures. It’s not an infinity pool at all when the water level is several inches below the top. I think it needs maintenance and a good cleaning. The hot tub was so hot that it was uncomfortable to even put your feet in, and only one jet actually worked. It, too, needs maintenance and a good cleaning. I did see some maintenance people one morning walking around the premises and picking up the lounge chair cushions and skimming the pool. But they didn’t wipe the tables down, or throw away any water bottles hat had been sitting there for two days. No trash cans to be found around the pool either. Other than the run down feel of the pool area, we enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and rather far away from all the island fun, but we had a rental car and took it out daily to explore. We loved the Botanical Gardens, Seven Mile Beach, Rum Point, and Morritts. But most of all, we liked being able to come back to Kaibo to relax on the lanai and watch the boats come and go.

great rum point location
Condo nicely equipped with games and DVDs. The kayaks, paddleboard, and bicycles are a great extra. A couple of us kayaked all the way to Rum Point one morning, 4+ miles round trip by water. A short one-mile bike ride to all the action at Rum Point. Views from the patio are excellent. We enjoyed the music wafting over from the yacht club next door. Food and service at the club are excellent.
