"Luxurious hotel with a great restaurant. Unfortunately the lunch opened too late for us to eat there before leaving on our last day but there was a food court just outside which worked well. Breakfast was a la carte which is not my personal favourite but it was good. "

"Good location, cool interior and modern rooms makes for a pleasant stay. The room was quiet despite the hotel is on Hollywood Blvd. Cleaning was good but the shower faucet had a life of itself with loose handle and the shower head spread water everywhere. The room was supposed to have robes but we had to ask reception for them. When checking in, at 3PM, there were NO rooms available. We had to wait for 1½ hour before we could get any room. The hotel seem to be used for a number of functions, during our 3-day stay there were always some part of the hotel closed off (e.g. Lobby area or the bar at Mezzanine level). Fortunately the heated pool was open the whole time during our visit. "

"Stayed three nights. The first night the toilet was clogged. Maintenance tried to fix it (and said they did) but it almost immediately was clogged again. We asked for a new room, but they said they didn't have any. First evening/night/morning we had to use the toilet in the lobby. They fixed it the next day but left a mess in the bathroom, which weren't cleaned up. We had to explicitly ask to have the room cleaned the day after that. Amazingly we weren't offered any kind of compensation for having our first night ruined. Otherwise the hotel was pretty good, although in need of renovation. Great parking, lot of spaces. The first night the reception was staffed with two robots :) (efficient but with blank faces, expressing no emotions)."

"Nice hotel in decent area of Los Angeles, but watch out for hidden fees (amenity/resort fee). Had to pay 120-150$ in extra fees when checking out. "

"Bra hotell med bra läge. Frukost ingår, men när vi bodde där strejkande personalen så det fanns ingen frukost. Hotellet hade fått 5/5 om det funnits ersättande frukost och om parkering på hotellet hade varit billigare. "

"Modernt, rent och snyggt hotell med utmärkt läge för den som vill vara centralt placerad i Downtown LA. Här klarar man sig utmärkt utan bil. Det är nära till Union Station och ännu närmare till två Metro-stationer som tar dig till exempelvis Hollywood eller Santa Monica. Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig, frukosten bra, och det var trevligt att hänga i baren på kvällen. Uppskattade möjligheten att avböja städning via en ipad på rummet. Enda minus var att kuddarna var för tjocka för min smak."
