“The Sylvan Inn is a comfortable, friendly, and historic bed & breakfast in Glen Arbor, very close to the Sleeping Bear Dunes, Lake Michigan, and Glen Lake -- an absolutely gorgeous setting for many kinds of outdoor adventures. It's walkable to the shops and restaurants in Glen Arbor, and breakfast was consistently delicious. Great porch for relaxing too, and a convivial place to make new friends while traveling. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Cottonwood inn. It’s conveniently located in an area not too far from the beach and local restaurants. The staff was friendly and inviting. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our remote had dead batteries and we contacted our host and they were promptly replaced. The one thing I would note is that we had to take really quick showers because the hot water would run cold fast. “My husband, our two dogs, and I got away from the hustle and bustle of Chicago to enjoy our time in the woods. The cabin was perfect for our family and was just the right size. Never felt too crowded. We roasted marshmallows and hot dogs on the fire pit and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The cabin was just isolated enough that we let our dogs run around off leash and enjoy. My only complaint is the size of the bed was a bit small and firm. Nancy was great to communicate with and very responsive....

“First the owners were very responsive in answering some questions we had before booking, and in making us feel welcomed. The location was convenient to get into TC or anywhere on the peninsula. The home looks just like in the pictures and is very tidy. Cozy living room, comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of seating areas inside and out. Grandma’s home was perfect for our group of six. We had a fantastic stay!”
