“Luxurious and well maintained- a bit disappointing that the breakfast was not included ”

“The hotel is conveniently located to downtown Jackson Hole, with a warm, tasteful upscale country atmosphere in the lobby as well as the rooms. The staff were friendly and professional. An upscale Breakfast buffet every morning as well as delicious cookies in the afternoon.”

“Honestly, I do not like the weeds and poor shrub growth in the rock beds in the front of the building. Takes away from the general nice curb appeal Legacy has now. Also, nothing is worse than carpet stains and window dressings from the 1980’s and the shower heads are far too strong and painful. Everything else is quite good. ”

“Front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating. As a matter of fact, hotels.com overbooked with the hotel. The hotel called and said I would have to change room types and they didn’t charge more etc. very friendly. Room was clean but dated. Right outside West gate of Yellowstone. We didn’t eat the breakfast as we had an early start at the park ”

“Vi fick fel rum, 1 Queen i st för 2 med ett hopplöst dåligt läge. Bad om fin utsikt som visade sig vara en brun vägg. Smal säng som var stenhård. Vi upptäckte dock detta först efter en natt med dålig sömn. Positivt var att vi fick tillbaka 10% av priset.”

“The room was quite but we had some issues with cleaning. One day the the covering was left laying on the floor and the second day there was no cleaning in the shower. The fridge was to cold so our food and drinks got frozen and we had to throw away some of it. The stay was including breakfast but the hotel has a strange system were you can choose one thing to eat and one thing to drink or order from the menu and get 8 USD off each guest. This isn't mentioned when you book so our tip is to just...
